ROSE Vacances offers this apartment on the 6th floor in a residence with a lift, with an unobstructed view of the bay of Sables d'Olonne, located at the foot of the beach and shops in the pleasant Presidents' district.
Apartment able to accommodate up to 4 people.
This large studio is ideally located as everything is accessible on foot: beaches, Tanchet lake, local shops: supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy.
You can enjoy a beautiful bright living room-lounge open to a balcony, offering a magnificent view of the Sables d'Olonne bay, equipped with a sofa bed convertible to 140, a trundle bed (two 90 cm beds) and a dining table with 4 chairs.
An open, functional and fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, microwave, citrus press, dishwasher, coffee makers (Filter + Philipps Senseo)...
A corridor at the entrance leading to independent toilets and a bathroom equipped with a shower, a washbasin with storage unit, a towel dryer, a washing machine, and finally, you will find a storage cupboard with all the necessary cleaning equipment.
The south-west facing balcony is equipped with garden furniture, ideal for having breakfast facing the sea.
Parking is free and unrestricted in the street.
