Separate toilet.Cupboard with cleaning supplies.Parking: free and unrestricted on the street.Accommodation classified as 1 star (May 2025).Ideal location:• Presidents' District, all shops accessible on foot.• 10 minutes walk from Tanchet beach and Thalassotherapy.• 10 minutes by bike from the city centre and SNCF train station.
