This luxurious 4-bedroom home is located within the Indian Canyons Golf Resort community & provides plenty of space for up to 8 guests + 2 children under the age of 12. Enjoy the many amenities such as the golf course views, private heated(extra $) pool, hot tub, fire pit & fully-equipped kitchen. Head out & see the city & make sure to not miss out on a trip up the Aerial Tramway to witness the spectacular & picturesque cliffs from the top of the San Jacinto Peak.

ROOM 1: King Bed, Smart TV, Work Space with an En-suite with Shower and Large Jetted tub.
ROOM 2: King Bed, Smart TV, with En-suite with a Shower.
ROOM 3: Two Queen Beds, Smart TV with En-suite with a Shower.
ROOM 4: Queen bed & Two Twins (Top Bunk/Trundle), Smart Tv with half bathroom En-suite.
Yoga Room: Located off the Primary Bedroom is a Small Yoga Space to relax and unwind
INDOOR: 6 flat-screen smart TVs, air conditioning, ceiling fans, central heating (indoor\outdoor fireplaces unavailable for guest use)
OUTDOOR: On a Public golf course (Indian Canyons Golf Resort), Fenced-in backyard, pool, 8 person hot tub, lounge chairs, propane grill, covered dining area, outdoor gas fire pit, patio furniture. Pool Heating w/ optional pool heat fee (paid pre-trip $100/day) (Ask about discounts for week or longer) *outdoor tv not available for guest use

Basic Rules:
Must be at least 25 years old to rent this property based on City Regulations this home cannot be rented to anyone under the age of 25. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. You must rent the home for yourself and your guests. This will cause immediate cancellation to your stay.
We have 5 outdoor cameras located front and back of our property for security and can be used to check occupancy and No Music compliance. (Guest(s) may not disconnect or tamper with exterior Security Cameras. If disconnected/tampered with, the contract will terminate immediately with no refunds.)
ACTIONS BY GUEST NEEDED:
Each guest over the age of 18 must sign the Palm Spring required documents, your group has 24hrs to provided the following information to avoid cancellation.
The responsible party that booked must provide government ID (driverâs license, passport, or national identity card). Must provide emails and full names of everyone over the age of 18, anyone under the age of 18 please provide full name and age.
Keep in mind if we do not receive all emails with in 24hrs after booking we will have to cancel your stay with us. Your group will have 2 days to sign all Palm Springs Required Documents. No music and no extra guests allowed during you stay, any extra guests that are brought into home will cause immediate cancellation of your stay and your party will be escorted out by security.
No music or loud sounds allowed outside at anytime of day due to city wide ordnance $1000+ fine from city that's passed on to the renter. (We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.)
