This renovated Spanish Colonial home is located in West El Paso, Tx. The home's desirable location is a two one mile drive to restaurants, wine bars, coffee shops, parks, and a theater and also has a HOT TUB JACUZZI. Enjoy meals outside where you'll find a BBQ/pergola area that includes a fire pit and over-sized concrete benches w/ room for everyone. Entire place is fenced in. Inside you can relax and feel cozy anywhere

Very disappointing

The property is not well maintained at all. Had an extremely unfortunate experience and once check in happened, we were not contacted nor replied to by the host once. This was a sad experience for my family at a time that should have been a wonderful time. Mr, Suarez is not a good host at all.

Great location and has potential. The jacuzzi was filthy, basketballs flat, floors & sheets dirty

Overall, the home is in a great location and has potential to be a great VRBO. The home just needs a deep clean. I messaged Ben and asked if we could check in a day early, but we weren’t sure if we were going to be there early. He said not a problem and to keep him updated. I messaged him when we left to start our 9-10 hour drive and no response. Got into El Paso 8am and still no response. I messaged 3x and called. He finally responded and let us check in at 1. I was offering to pay for the additional night to check in early. In the message he said the check in was pending cleaning & sanitizing the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was dirty. There was actual dirt and the water was cloudy. Plus the smell was enough to tell you something was wrong. The yard was all weeds, the fire pit was full of cigarette butts and there were 3 flat basketballs for the hoop. My granddaughters feet were black from the floors being dirty. Bought a mop and there’s no way the floor had been cleaned recently. The sheets in one of the rooms and the pull out bed were visibly dirty. Went and bought laundry soap to wash them only to find out the dryer doesn’t heat up. Tried all cycles and no heat. Four outlets in the kitchen did not work. We did the reset and they still didn’t work. No access to the breaker box.

Needs some improvements.

We enjoyed the stay except that I feel VRBO accommodations should be at least as good as a hotel, meaning I needed an ironing board and iron which every hotel room has, there was none and when I sent a message to the host asking about it there was no response. I wound up buying both, I left the ironing board as I didn't have room in my car. Also there was either burnt out light bulbs or an electrical problem as the lights didn't work in quite a few places. There was no body wash in one of the bathrooms and a low supply of toilet paper, so I purchased some which we did need. I feel maybe this is a house in remodel mode or new to VRBO experience, the sheets were quite old and bleach stained on one set, it would be good for them to spend a couple hundred dollars to really make this place shine. I would give this place 3 stars and that is being generous. Respectfully, Brenda Moroney
