Over 2000 living sqft, all newly renovated 2020. Make new friend with dolphins, manatees and fishes. Walk to beach park, kayak tour, enjoy local restaurants, minigolf, supermarket, etc. all from walking distance. 1hr to Orlando, 15 mins to Cape Canaveral cruise port. Welcome to Cocoa Beach, FL, where dreams are made of.

In the heart of Cocoa Beach, FL. 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The closet public beach part is Lori Wilson Park, 1500 N Atlantic Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931
The space
The villa is waterfront with a canal in the back. The canal leads to Banana River and the ocean through Cape Canaveral inlet.
4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen. The house is stocked with basic cooking gears, plates, cups, etc. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry pods, dish soap and pods are also provided. Sorry due to paper shortage, there are 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel in the kitchen. Please purchase more for your need.
Coffee machine can make expresso and pot
TVs and Office area
The living room features a smart TV, a writing desk. No TVs in bedrooms.
BBQ
There is a charcoal grill in the back yard, near the deck
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Swim in the sparkling pool. Pool is fiberglass and heated. Appx 7 x 10â
Pool table is available at no charge.
Bicycles, kayak, canoe are available at no charge ONLY WITH waiver signed. Please message host to agree the waiver through Airbnb.
Youâll love the water views from the living room or backyard deck and dock. Your friends, dolphins, manatees will come visit occasionally.
