Bekvämt beläget bara några kvarter från centrum Cocoa Beach och den berömda Ron Jon Surf Shop, 40 minuter från Orlando och alla attraktioner Disney och 20 minuter från Kennedy Space Center, är denna förtjusande strandhus den perfekta platsen att koppla av efter en dag av skoj i solen. Denna fastighet har nyligen varit professionellt renoverats med vackra klinkergolv, bänkskivor i granit, rostfritt stål apparater, etc.

Det här hemmet har tre sovrum och två badrum. Det första sovrummet har en queen size-säng och en egen privat badrum med extra stor dusch. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng och den tredje har dubbla över hela våningssängar för barnen. Sängkläder tillhandahålls. Bara ta med dina egna strandhanddukar.

Den sectional soffan i vardagsrummet ger gott om sittplatser samt kabel-TV med surroundljud högtalare och en CD / DVD-spelare. Det finns ett fullt utrustat äter i köket komplett med kaffebryggare, brödrost, tallrikar, kastruller / stekpannor, etc.

Bakgården har en privat pool, matplats och gasolgrill. Det finns också en utomhusdusch - perfekt för att skölja bort sanden från stranden bara ett kvarter bort. Denna fastighet har också en tvättmaskin / torktumlare och ett garage för förvaring alla dina stranden redskap. Beach vagn med 4 solstolar, strand leksaker, och bärbar radio är tillgängliga för dig.

Winter getaway

Loved spending so much time away from the Michigan winter down here in Cocoa Beach. This house had everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable. Had some company along the way and all were really happy with the accommodations. Thanks for sharing your home.

Enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the house. Everything was as stated. Any questions with the house were answered in a timely manner and Sam did a wonderful job at getting a crew out fast (within a half hour) to fix a plumbing issue. We enjoyed our stay and would come back!Also, some have stated about the road being busy/speeding and no police around. We did notice police cars driving by, sitting watching traffic down a side street, and even someone getting pulled over down the road from the house. Hopefully this will help with the issue.

Slow Down

We had a wonderful vacation. Stayed for 15 days. Had no problem at all with the house. The place was clean. organized, pool was great, everything needed for having a good time. My only concern was the traffic going by the house. Speed limit was posted at 35 mph, but many drove by at 50-55 mph. I did not see one single police officer stop anyone for speeding. We would definitely stay there again, just wish the traffic would slow down.

Good time

Cozy, nothing fancy. A very short walk to the beach and all the beach toys you need. Had family over for the day. Had sure a great day at the beach.

Great vacation house!

Great little house. Located just a block from the beach. Easy short walk to the beach. Great location for nearby restaurants and shops. It met all of our expectations. The backyard pool was nice to have! On a busier road but didnt bother us too much. Would definitely stay here again!

Another great vacation

The third time…but not the last, that my sister and I stayed here. Close to shops, the beach, and the pool is always the best. Highly recommend this perfect family beach house, so clean and comfortable. See you again in 2025 for sure.

Another Year of Wonderful Memories

This is the third consecutive year at the Leach Beach House. Every year we look forward to continuing making new memories at our new tradition of visiting Cocoa Beach, referring to it as our home away from home. Having the privacy to make ourselves at home, enjoying the many amenities, and the beauty of the backyard oasis with the various palms and coconuts, and spending hours in the private pool always exceeds our expectations. Thank you Leach Family for everything! Looking forward to coming back next time!!

A couple of things....

Finding the property was pretty easy, but it was on a busy street with a 45 MPH speed limit. When leaving the property it was tricky backing out into 45 MPH traffic with no other way to turn around. The lock box on the garage door that contained the keys to the house was VERY difficult to get open. A kind neighbor was watching for our arrival and came across the street to help. The French doors going out to the pool were also very difficult to get opened some times. A little lubrication (or replacement) would go a long way on these two items. Some electrical switches for lights were found to be in unexpected places. Other than these items our visit was very nice.

Awesome Vacation Home

Our family had a great stay here. Everything was very clean, the house had everything you would need, from plenty of towels to a fully stocked kitchen to beach gear. The beach is only a short walk, and since the home is in more of a residential area the beach was not crowded, in fact the first day we went we had it to ourselves. The pool was great as well, and it was nice to come back from the beach and jump in the pool. Communication was quick, check in and out was a breeze. I can't say enough good things about this home. One of my teenagers even told me this was our best vacation ever.

Amazing and Highly recommended!!!!!

This property was wonderful! The beach was a short walk away. We used the wagon and chairs everyday. It was so nice having our own private pool. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

Short walk to Beach

My Family loved this little house. Pool was nice and of course we had great weather. It's short walk to the beach with all your beach essentials there in the garage. Beds were comfy too, street can be a little busy at times, but other than that we would come back if we are down this way again!

Cocoa Beach find

The is a great vacation home. It is located close to the beach and has a welcoming backyard with a pool. It is on a busy street, quieted down at night, and not an issue for us. I would have preferred it to be a little cleaner, but I have high standards. Sam responded and understood my frustration. We will definitely return.

We would definitely stay here again!

This house is a lovely little beach house on the main drag in Cocoa Beach. Though right on the main road, it is in a quieter neighborhood so no worries about road noise. It is neat as a pin and has probably one of the best equipped kitchens I have seen in any place we have rented. It isn't just a hodge podge of stuff from the thrift store...it is as nice as my stuff at home. Convenient to the beach (which our dog loves), and there is plenty beach gear included...lots of places charge extra. The private pool is pristine (we got to see the pool guys work one day too, so it is well maintained) though it was a bit too cool for us to use it, even though it is heated. I really wish it had been a bit warmer as I would have gotten in in spite of our rainy weather. My only regret with this property was no hot tub (alas, you can't have everything...). The backyard is nice for al fresco dining, very nice furniture and grill, and is secure for the dog to run around while we were outside. We visited a fave fine(r) dining place close by (The Fat Snook) and stumbled on Taco City which was new to us ($2 tacos on Tuesday...what's not to like?!). Easy jaunt to the Space Center...we went two days. Regrettably winds were too high to catch a launch...which we had planned to watch from the beach. Maybe next time. We would definitely stay here again, as it was comfortable and perfect for us. It would be great for a family with kids too. Thanks for being such a great host!
