Denna fastighet har nyligen varit professionellt renoverats med vackra klinkergolv, bÀnkskivor i granit, rostfritt stÄl apparater, etc.

Det hÀr hemmet har tre sovrum och tvÄ badrum. Det första sovrummet har en queen size-sÀng och en egen privat badrum med extra stor dusch. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-sÀng och den tredje har dubbla över hela vÄningssÀngar för barnen. SÀngklÀder tillhandahÄlls. Bara ta med dina egna strandhanddukar.

Den sectional soffan i vardagsrummet ger gott om sittplatser samt kabel-TV med surroundljud högtalare och en CD / DVD-spelare. Det finns ett fullt utrustat Àter i köket komplett med kaffebryggare, brödrost, tallrikar, kastruller / stekpannor, etc.

BakgÄrden har en privat pool, matplats och gasolgrill. Det finns ocksÄ en utomhusdusch - perfekt för att skölja bort sanden frÄn stranden bara ett kvarter bort. The house is perfect for a beach vacation. It has everything you need from beach chairs, a cooler and a wagon to haul all your beach supplies. Also, it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach.The house also has everything you need, fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer.The pool is also very nice but we didn’t get a chance to use it since it was a little colder outside than normal.The host, Sam was easily contacted and quick to respond when we had a question.This is our second year staying here and hope to return again next year.

Close to the beach. It has everything you need for a great vacation! Very happy with the accommodations. We brought more than we needed. It already had a pack and play for my grandson and a life jacket that fit my other grandson.

Welcoming home has all you would need for your stay. Ease of getting to the beach is a wonderful benefit of this home. The pool at this home is larger tha n most pools, we enjoyed the beach and the pool during our stay. Location overall of the home is central to restaurants and attractions that we were interested in but also far enough away for things to be quiet after dark. Great host communications and great home for an enjoyable get away.

Relaxing family vacation!!

My family enjoyed this property so much!! We were within a short walking distance of the beach and the property had beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach wagon to transport everything. The best part was the pool area. We grilled out some evenings and also enjoyed swimming in the pool. This property had everything we needed and wanted. It was very clean and we had no issues or complaints. We will definitely be back again!!

Much Needed Relaxation Post Disney Trip!

We stayed at this home back in 2019 with my parents. We loved it then & still love it now! Our family has already booked for another trip in a few months. So close to the beach and the private pool is chef’s kiss! I reached out to the owners about not being able to find wash cloths and they went out of their way to ship us some during our visit. Now that we’re back home, the post-vacation blues have set in. Thank you, Leach family, for sharing your home!
