JUST RENOVATED INSIDE AND OUT - Charming coastal cottage with open floor plan and hardwood floors is perfectly designed for families or couples looking for a Stone Harbor getaway. Lovingly restored to include a mix of antiques and new traditional decor make this vintage home a one-of-a kind seaside retreat. This house has a beautiful well-stocked kitchen with new cabinets and quartz countertops, breakfast bar and appliances include a griddle top stove, microwave and refrigerator with ice maker. The comfortable living room is the perfect place to unwind while the adjacent sunlit four-season room, accessible thru French Doors, allows additional living space for others to watch tv or read. The dining room with reclaimed pine table comfortably seats six. A powder room and laundry area are situated off the dining area. Open up the new sliding doors off the dining area and walk out to the newly built Trex deck with lounging furniture and outdoor dining furniture. Weber propane gas grill allows for an easy cooking experience and the spacious yard is perfect for all your family activities.
Ideally located, the home is located within walking distance to downtown Stone Harbor's popular shops and restaurants. The beach is less than one block away or bike to Stone Harbor Point to enjoy the views. The Chelsea Park playground is conveniently only one block away as well. The home has plenty of off-street driveway parking as well as curbside parking in this quiet residential neighborhood.

There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with two twin beds and second bedroom has queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with tub. Upstairs you will find three generously sized bedrooms, including a quaint bunk room (2 twin beds), a bedroom with a queen bed, and they share a hall bathroom.
The master suite includes a king size bed, tv and ensuite bath with shower and large vanity. New sliders in the master bedroom allow access to the second floor deck to enjoy the views.

The outdoor shower is fully enclosed, with hot and cold water.
PLEASE NOTE - no bed or bath linens or pillows will be provided, tenants must provide their own sheets, pillows, blankets, towels.
