Välkommen till en solig, avslappnad och bekväm semester vid stranden, bara ett kvarter från stranden precis vid Avalon / Stone Harbor gränsen på 81: a gatan - 2: a våningen enhet. Nya ägare införde betydande uppgraderingar under säsongen 2016 inklusive laminatgolv i hela; nytt kakelgolv och några inventarier i badrum; alla nya dynor och kuddar med sovrum inredda i en ljus och gladlynt inredning med strandtema. Hela enheten har nymålad. Nya inredningsmöbler tillagda inklusive stort köksbord och nya stolar för 8 och en helt ny madrass av KING-storlek med plyschkudde i sovrummet. 2018 har vi lagt till en NY stor soffsoffa i familjerummet. Glidande glasdörr i matsalen har tillgång till omlindad däck med avlägsen havsutsikt. Köket har frukostbar och frontbelastad tvättmaskin / torktumlare i full storlek. Master sovrum har king size-säng, ett duschbadrum och skjutdörr till soldäck. Polka dot sovrummet har en helt ny våningssäng i full storlek och rullande säng för att sova upp till 4! Blue room har en queen size-säng. Coral sovrum har 1 tvilling- och 1 dubbelsängssäng som dyker upp till normal sänghöjd. Andra hallen har badkar med badkar. Njut av familjens BBQ-middagar som sitter på det stora omslaget på däcken vid den nya stora rottingmatställen med plats för 8 och BRAND NEW samordnande, underbara och otroligt bekväma samtalssatser med gott om plats för hela familjen att sitta.

Med bara en kvarts promenad till stranden, flera matställen inom kort gångavstånd och rekreationscenter med lekplats för barnen tvärs över gatan, är detta hem perfekt för en rolig och avkopplande semester!

Bekvämligheterna inkluderar central luft, gasgrill, 10 strandtaggar värderade till $ 12 per tagg om du var tvungen att köpa en veckamark själv, utomhussluten dusch och privat uppfart parkering för upp till 3 bilar.

Perfect place to stay for Stone Harbor/Avalon Holiday weekend

I took my parents down the shore for the annual Holiday Weekend events in Stone Harbor and Avalon. Not only was this house clean and comfortable but it was in the perfect location. In the middle of the two towns without being in the noise and congestion of the festivities. Would stay here again!

Beautiful property in a great location

Property was clean and kitchen beautifully updated. Both indoor and outdoor seating and dining. Comfortable mattresses. We loved walking to the beach and up to the shopping areas. There are also great restaurants within a few blocks walk. Hoping to stay again!

Great property in Stone Harbor!

Rented this property for New Years weekend and it was absolutely perfect for us. The place was very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, being right on the border of Stone Harbor and Avalon, we could get to everything easily. The living space is perfect for gatherings. While we didn’t get a chance to enjoy what would be the summer aspects of the property, this was the perfect spot for our off-season getaway. The host was very responsive and willing to answer any questions. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Avalon Wedding

I rented this property for my wedding party. It could not have been better. Location is fantastic, and the accommodations are exactly as advertised. The kitchen was stocked with every kitchen tool required to prepare a great meal. We loved lounging on the deck. Would stay here again!

Best of the Beach

The beach and recreational park within eyesight of the property was fantastic. The rooms were well maintained, with plenty of room for socializing. Very nice outdoor patio, with no noise from the surrounding properties. I would definitely recommend this location and would hope to stay there again.

Perfect spot and property for an adult lady group's gettogether

It was clean and organized, no surprises (which is rare compared to photos/description) and the landlord was very responsive for inquiries in advance/during the stay. The only wish is that you wouldn't need to bring own sheets and towels, takes a lot of space in car.

Efficient no frills

Common area is the best part of the house. Roomy and cute. Beds aren’t the best and there are no extras included such as hand soap, body soaps and bathrooms had less than one roll of tp provided. Don’t like that stone harbor houses do not provide sheets or towels. Added inconvenience and coordination. Owner was very nice and accommodating.

Thanksgiving in SH

Had a great family Thanksgiving weekend. Property was great for everyone to gather in the family room. We were close to other family members in the general area so it made going back and forth easy. Would stay again.

Well maintained property. Perfect for our needs

We stayed for a weekend to attend a family wedding at the Windrift. The location was within walking distance which made things very easy. The unit was very clean, the kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed. It has a nice open living room which was easily enough room for us all to gather comfortably. The host, Jennifer was very helpful and friendly.

Very nice, thoughtfully planned living space and well equipped definitely recommend

Definitely a great condo for a family. Very nicely decorated, thoughtfully planned for maximum use and very well equipped kitchen. Conveniently located across SH rec area with pickle ball, tennis, basketball courts and fields--awesome to have right there if you bring the family. Several restaurants are in easy walking distance and town is 10 blocks away. This is a little busy area of Stone Harbor, but the condo is remarkably quiet. We were 5 adults and did not feel crowded at all. The wrap around deck is spacious, well furnished for maximum use, essentially another room. Owner is also very nice and quick to respond to any inquiries. Only things I would mention is if there could be one kitchen cabinet or shelf to store food items that renters bring--not a big deal but would be helpful--and the cleaning team may want to check the tea towels and oven mitts that prior renters stored away without laundering.

Perfect beach getaway!

My significant other and I had the best time! This house is perfect for a getaway. The space was much more spacious than we thought and would have plenty of room for more friends or family. Jennifer was an amazing host, very easy to contact and super helpful! Would highly recommend and hopefully stay again! The rental was clean and well kept, very up to date with everything you need! Short walk to the beach and a perfect distance to both Avalon and Stone Harbor shops/restaurants! I saw another review had mentioned the beach was “surf only” however if you walk just a couple yards in either direction from the entrance you are able to swim.

Perfect weekend getaway

We usually stay in SH during summer but needed to get away for the weekend. We were pleasantly surprised to fine this spacious townhouse right across from a little park and beach. Jen is great at communicating and providing information needed for your stay.

Great house, so close to the beach!

This is a great house! It’s very close to the beach and a wonderful playground right across the street. The layout is perfect - all the bedrooms are in the back of the house, with a door between the main room/kitchen and the bedrooms. Perfect for putting kids to bed and still enjoying the night! Jen, the owner, was incredibly responsive and very kind. I highly recommend!
