Spacious hideaway - 5 miles to the beach- heated pool/jacuzzi

Spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house located 5 miles from the beach. Our property is only a few minutes away from the beautiful Anna Maria island, we have a heated pool/ Jacuzzi and a nice sized yard for pets. Pool/ jacuzzi heat is an additional $50 per day. And a pet fee of $100 per pet.

Fantastic Home

We had some unexpected trouble with another property that we rented for the week so we had to arrange a stay last minute and we were able to find this home, which was a huge blessing for us. This home was actually bigger, better and cleaner than the other property. It had everything we needed and more. My family and I enjoyed ourselves tremendously and having this place made it even more better. I would recommend this place to any large family looking for a comfortable, beautiful, clean and spacious space.

Horrible experience! Traffic made Beach far and property is neglected!

We rented this home bc it said the home was very close to the beach and it had a heated pool and hot tub. We paid and additional $50 a day to have a heated pool and arrived to a cold pool and no hot tub. Due to traffic it took 30 minutes or more to get the the beach. The home is not as pictured. The walls and trim are dirty, lightbulbs burned out, chairs broken, outdoor furniture loose and broken and the home just seemed very neglected. After arriving we let the host, Joe, know and sometimes he’d respond and other times he just wouldn’t. He finally sent someone for the pool two days before our trip was over but still the pool was cold and the hot tub would get pretty warm and then just turn off and cold water would come in. Halfway during our stay it rained and the power went out in our bathroom. We Immediately reported it to Joe and he said an electrician would be out but never ended up sending anyone. We reminded him several times that no one had been by and got no response. We literally had to shower in the dark with our cell phone flashlight turned on. Upon leaving he texted that he would give us a refund for at least the heated pool but no additional refund for the rest of our issues. Now a week after returning he refuses to refund us bc he said they had to get a new heater and it was expensive. I can’t imagine after fighting to get what we paid for in the first place to have it somewhat fixed two days before we left and he now refuses to refund us. I just can’t imagine doing business this way. Joe had the nerve to say if we rent from him again he may be able to offer a discount. Really Joe? That won’t happen. There is no way I’d have my family come to this home again.

Best rental ever!

Most accommodating host I have ever dealt with! The house was perfect. Beautiful inside and out. Spacious kitchen, living room, and dinning room. Pool was beautiful and enjoyed it everyday. Even our dog had a great time here. Lots of yard for him to run! Definitely a house I would book again when coming to Bradenton. Close to everything and great beaches!

Wonderful stay

First time visiting the area and the beaches. Unfortunately for us, there was red tide in all the beaches around and it rained that week everyday. But our stay in the home was great. The house was clean, comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. The kids enjoyed the screened in pool and it was nice to sit and relax without worrying about mosquitoes. Kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils needed. There were cleaning supplies and laundry detergent available. There was also hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms. The neighborhood was quiet and really nice, loved all the tropical fruit trees and plants all around. It was about a 20 min drive to Ana Maria Beach. Communication with host was quick and easy. The only thing I would recommend is having separate tv's in all the rooms, specially when you have kids and preteens. Would definitely stay here if we ever visit again.

Amazing!!!

Beautiful, Clean, Spacious!!! We had 10 ppl, (6) kids (4) adults. Great family trip. The Photos do not do this property justice. We were pleasantly surprised upon entering the property. I would have given 10 stars if I could have. Host was extremely responsive. Answered all questions and requests quickly!

Family getaway

Large house. Accommodated our large family. Host was very responsive. Close to the beach. Only suggestion would be having more than 1 television in the house, especially for large groups. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.
