Vackra STRAND vid Mexikanska golfen! Dessa lägenheter ligger på översta våningen (2: a våningen) med GORGEOUS, fri utsikt över de vackra stränderna på Anna Maria Island och Mexikanska golfen. Du kan verkligen inte komma närmare stranden än detta !! Du har den BÄSTA platsen för nattliga solnedgångar på stranden. Dessa lägenheter har nyligen renoverats, inklusive lyxig kustinredning, nya möbler och sängkläder. Den hela vägg med reglage i vardagsrummet släpper in massor av naturligt solljus, plus öppen för den fantastiska stranden. Det uppdaterade hela köket har glittrande vita kvartsbänkskivor, vitvaror i rostfritt stål, plus en Keurig-kaffemaskin och en traditionell droppkaffekanna så att du kan njuta av ditt morgonkaffe från din privata balkong. Dessa lägenheter har ett sovrum med två dubbelsängar, ett badrum (rymmer upp till 4 gäster). Badrummet har samma glittrande vita kvartsräknare och en badkar / duschkombo. Dessutom finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare bekvämt beläget INNE i lägenheten för gästbruk. Det är perfekt för en lång vistelse under vintermånaderna eller kortare familjesemestrar. Andelslägenhetskomplexet är en liten utväg med en gemensam uppvärmd pool, utomhus-tiki-bord och både propan-grill och träkol. Det finns parkering på plats och det är centralt beläget i Holmes Beach nära vagnstoppet. Best location!

Condo was beautiful and the location was great. Pool water was heated and nice and warm. Beautiful sunsets too. Great space for just 2 people. Anna Maria Island has lots of restaurants and beaches but remains quiet and friendly. Enjoyed it immensely.

Can't wait to visit again

We had a fantastic 3 day stay and plan to visit again. The interior design of the house is top notch, beds and couch were very comfortable, and I appreciated the extra items such as beach chairs, laundry basket and step stool. Our kids loved playing on the beach and swimming in the heated pool. Unfortunately, there was construction going on below us and at the pool. It was very loud and took away from the serenity of our stay. It would have been nice to have been informed of this prior to our stay Overall though, we couldn't have asked for a more relaxing and comfortable stay!

Post hurricane reconstruction

Beautiful rental and location. HOWEVER, our host failed to mention that multiple units directly below us were undergoing major reconstruction from 8 AM for 10-12 hours daily. To disclose this in a timely manner should have been an integral component of the deal. Not happy.

Fantastic view!

The view is absolutely incredible as is the cleanliness of the property and up-to-date decor. The property is a little lacking on household supplies (toilet paper, Kleenex) so just keep that in mind and plan to buy your own at a local market. The pool area was sometimes busy with other guests (up to 15 people in that area at once as there must have been a family reunion) and then other times it was empty and easy for us to use peacefully. Having a heated pool was super nice given the colder December weather.Having a designated parking spot was also really nice.

Wonderful warm and cozy

Had a great stay. The place is as advertised. Right on the beach, very updated and nicely decorated. A little light on small items, TP, soap for washer. These are little items but need to be noted for future guests. Highly recommend

Beautiful Condo with Amazing View!

The view was everything we were hoping for when we booked this condo for our trip! You are literally right on the beach! The condo was spotless and decorated beautifully! The host was always quick to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed the new beach chairs and beach towels that were provided! Very cozy and homey. We would definitely recommend this place for your visit to Anna Maria Island!

Amazing Views of the Gulf of Mexico

This is the perfect vacation getaway. My husband and I loved it here! The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. Couldn't have asked to be any closer to the beach on the Gulf of Mexico. We had perfect views of the Sunset every night. Kimberly was very communicative and always stayed in touch if needed.

View was amazing!!!

Loved our stay and condo was beautiful. Nothing can beat the view while eating our meals on the balcony. Mattress needs to changed or add a more comfortable mattress top. AMI was amazing and enjoyed purchasing fresh fish at the Island Fresh Market on AMI. Definitely will return!!

Oceanview Getaway

We could not be more impressed with this condo. The decor is very updated with lots of attention to detail. The view from the deck, with nice bar height furniture, was spectacular. The pool was clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient to all areas with restaurants. The trolley access is a short walking distance away. It was perfect for just the two of us.

Perfect AMI getaway!

The condo was absolutely perfect for our stay on AMI. The location is fabulous and we loved being able to walk such a short walk to the beach! Would definitely stay again.
