That 70's Chalet
Two story with wood beam ceilings, gas fireplace, and comfy beds. Fully remodeled 2018. 2.1 miles to Heavenly, 3 miles to nightlife/casinos, and 1.5 to the lake. Bijou park and meadow trails are right next to the neighborhood! Bike trails go everywhere and strolls through the meadow are great for all. The house is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by woods, meadows, a park, and bike trails right behind the house.

Real Estate Broker 30+ years. This is my family vacation house. Live just down the hill in Sacramento.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Newly remodeled interior Home has a King bedroom on the top floor with a bathroom. There is a large great room living/dining area with two more bedrooms and a bath downstairs. The house is very comfortable for six adults. Another entry door from the carport leads to the laundry room where the washer & dryer are available for your use. In Summer, there is table and four chairs in the back yard. The winter weather can leave large amounts of snow and ice- be careful and watch for it. Do not park under or behind a rooftop ice dam- you might not get your car out if it falls. Please watch out for sap from the trees! There is a 46" smart TV in the living area and books, games, and puzzles for your enjoyment. The kitchen is stocked with basics (dishes, spices, coffee maker, etc) and there is a new dishwasher for your use. We provide linens, cleaning products, and towels for six persons (not beach towels, bring your own please). Each bedroom has an extra old blanket in the closet - we call these "dog" blankets so if your dogs get on furniture or beds at home, please use them so the dogs don't dirty the sofas and bedding- these blankets are NOT washed after each guest. The house has cable & Broadband wifi and the code is in the guest binder. A gas barbecue is on the back / side deck for your enjoyment as well.

There is a Internet-enabled electronic deadbolt on the front door for use with your self-check in code. All this information is located in the guest resources section after you have confirmed your reservation. We have three owner closets - one in the master bedroom, one in the lower hall, and one in the carport. Everything else is open and for you to use.
This house is NOT for ski resort employees, or gatherings of more than six. If you plan on disrespecting the property or the rules, rent somewhere else. I can and have thrown out guests without refund.
