Its 300+ sq ft with 3 beds & a extra fold down bed in kitchen & all the comforts of home. Everything is included, stocked kitchen, 2- Smart TV's , WIFI, Shared washer & dryer, even a 2nd shared shower in garage if you need two showers. There is also a outside table chairs & grill so everything is handy as your relaxing under the shade of our big Cedar tree or getting a suntan. It has a Large 75’ X 10’ screened in pool/partial covered, refreshing pool, its slightly warmer then the seasonal NSB ocean temperature, due to its insulated solar cover, which you have shared access to. along with the other current guests of the 3 other accommodations on property. Notice: Video surveillance cameras monitor outside of guest homes , pool & common areas, for your protection. Note: There is a $90 per stay additional non refundable pet fee for up to 2- 50lb max dogs or cats. If you forgot pay this fee at time of booking VBRO will bill you upon arrival.
