The view from the balcony is beautiful. To the left is the clear blue gulf water and to the right is the view of the bay.

10 minute walk to the beach, great location near everything. Check-in was tricky as no one was at the desk but I figured it out entering the code and a small door unlocked to get access to the key. Pool was awesome and open til 11pm. Only minor issue was having to buy salt and pepper, kitchen trash bags and more toilet paper ( was only 1 extra roll). Did not ruin our trip as a Walmart was close by. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us! We will be back!

Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad Palms Resort #21204 Jr. 2BR was a great fit — happy the location and short walk to the beach worked well and that you enjoyed the pool. Sorry check-in was tricky; we appreciate you figuring it out and letting us know. Thanks for the note about kitchen and bathroom supplies — we’ll make sure essentials like salt & pepper, trash bags, and extra toilet paper are better stocked. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to welcome you back. RealJoy Destin

Room was very clean! Location was good with easy access to the beach only a 2 minute drive or 8 minute walk! Lagoon pool was not heated but the little pool was very busy all hours. A bit loud in the hallways and always busy!

Great location and view, lots of great things to do on site. The restaurant attached is not great. The room was pretty clean except the pull out couch had a dirty top on the mattress and the dish washer is on its way out. Had to clean dishes by hand after trying to clean them twice.

Property was okay. Could use some updates. TV in the bedroom was tiny and old. Most of the dishes , silverware and glass bowls were dirty with stuck on old food. The closet door in master was broken. There’s bed bench was wobbling. There’s no tv in the second bedroom, and the comforters were dirty so just keep that in mind. We always enjoy the pools and hot tub everytime we come to Palms of Destin, they never disappoint. If the cleaning crew was better I would stay again
