Residence was just as described. Super close to the beach, but not so close that you feel overwhelmed by a million tourists. Close enough to walk lots of places. The property managers were accessible via text.

We really enjoyed our stay here. I like that the street was relatively quiet but we were still close enough for everything we enjoy doing. I was surprised at the ease of the beach access and the availability to rent chairs and umbrellas there without walking a mile. I would love to stay here again.

Fantastic property! Quick easy walk to the beach, about a block and a half. Spotlessly clean and spacious, large bedrooms and kitchen with plenty of space. Comfy beds and well appointed with everything you need. The house is older but feels like a warm hug. We will definitely be back to this property!

The house was perfect for our stay. It's an easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. We were able to bring our two small dogs with us. The neighborhood was quiet with a mix rentals and permanent residents.

Thank you for the review and am sorry you could not see the beach two blocks from the home, across from the roadway; it may be advised to rent a‘condo’ on the beach in the future. Also this great located home is 4 to 6 blocks away from many, many well known restaurants. Again thank you for your stay.

We are constantly on the road with multiple travel ball players, so we've got a pretty good handle on what to expect with rental homes. This rental we would have to consider "ok". It wasn't bad, and it worked for what we needed, but the home definitely could use some updates. The location was great. Pet-friendly is a plus, but it was kind of a downer having to sit on the floor since pets are not allowed on any furniture. Out of all our past rentals, we've never seen this rule before, but we dealt with it. The kitchen is nice-sized and well furnished. Very easy to walk to the beach, and if you want to walk a little more, you can be in the area with Hangout, Desotos, and all of that.

THANK YOU FOR THE REVIEW. I APPRECIATE THE PAST EXPERIENCES WITH BASEBALL KIDS AND DOGS IN SOMEONE'S HOME. THE RULE CONCERNING ANIMALS ON FURNITURE IS SIMPLY TO RESPECT THE NICE FURNITURE AND SUBSEQUENT GUESTS. AGAIN, THANKS.

Quick beach get away

This property is just a short walk to the beach and many restaurants and still the area is very quiet. The property manager was quick to respond to a few questions we had, check-in was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again.
