Whaler - 2 sovrum lägenhet på stranden

Vi har en attraktiv, två sovrum, två badrum lägenhet i Whaler
ligger på öststranden i Gulf Shores. Utsikten från vår balkong
har utsikt över poolen och har direkt utsikt över Mexikanska golfen. De
enheten har ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och privat badrum. Andra
sovrummet har två dubbelsängar.
Valfångaren ligger på gångavstånd från fiskebrygga och viken
Shores State Park. Det finns också flera utmärkta restauranger
inom gångavstånd. Vår enhet ligger på andra våningen och är tillgänglig med en hiss.

On the beach

We had an amazing stay! The host was amazing and responded quickly to any questions I had. The condo was awesome and was right on the beach. Also they had carts to help carry things in the elevator. That helped out a lot. Everything about this condo was great. Pool was a bit frigid but was awesome after a long hot day at the beach. Will definitely book this one again

This property was not clean. Sand on the floors. Living room rug has never been cleaned and vacuumed. Sofas were dirty. Fans full of dust. Very disappointed based on what I paid.

Needs a total update inside.

Location was amazing, communication with host was great. However this has happened twice that we have stayed in a condo on the beach and when booking no mention of construction happening during stay. So 2 of our 4 day stay we had to listen to very loud construction. Only found out days before arrival. Also had to deal with the elevator not working for the first 2 days also which was very aggravating having to bring all our luggage and family up several flights of stairs. And then have to go get groceries and have to climb those stairs with groceries. The whole place needs to be updated, furniture, kitchen, flooring, bathrooms. The kitchen was lacking in pots, pans & skillets. The place was clean and the kids loved the pool and beach easy access was great.

Condo was nice but...

The condo was nice and the location was excellent. However, due to no fault of the host we had a bit of a rough start to our trip. The cleaning service was still working an hour and a half after check in due to the elevator being inoperable (the other issue). We decided to grab some dinner and eat outside until they were finished. The condo had an excellent view of the gulf and was a very short walk to the water.

Great place

This was a great location, right on the beach plus pool easy parking and everything close by. Condo was spacious and had a great balcony view. Will definitely be back!

Exactly as promised

Great location. Walk out to the beach. Kids loved having the pool and beach so close. There was an issue where the pool had to be closed one morning due to a pump issue but they had it back up and running that afternoon. Will probably try to get the same unit if we return. Another plus was having the balcony overlooking the pool. We could communicate with the kids while they were swimming.

Great location. Great beach. Walked to eat 3 times!

My only complaint is the noise around the property. Every morning by 6 am there seems to be something going on. Otherwise it was great.

Comfortable

The condo was comfortable but could use some updating. The carpets are clean but old as well as the decor. A few amenities would have been nice. Dish soap, dishwasher tablets, etc. Extra toilet paper would be nice. I did find a cracker and reading glasses behind the bedside table. Otherwise it was fairly clean
