Nestled on the first floor of the house, “ENEZ KARN” is a spacious one-bedroom apartment designed for your comfort and well-being.



As soon as you enter, you will be seduced by the warm atmosphere that emanates from this bright living space. The large main room has a fully equipped open kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals. A functional dining area and a pull-out sofa provide a comfortable relaxing space.



The separate bedroom, equipped with a comfortable double bed, ensures peaceful nights after a busy day. The modern bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower for your comfort, while the separate toilet provides additional convenience.



Also enjoy a nice view of the sea from the apartment's charming terrace. It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, relax with a good book, or simply take in the beautiful ocean sunsets.



A laundry room common to the 3 apartments is located in the common area. It includes a washing machine and a dryer.



Located only 300 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Treompan, “ENEZ KARN” offers easy access to the pleasures of the sea. Lovers of swimming, beach walks and water sports will be delighted by this proximity. For hikers, the GR34 long-distance hiking trail crosses the dune, so it is also located less than 300m from the accommodation.
