San Carlos 1004 is located on the 10th floor and is Gulf Front. It is located in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama. Everything about the San Carlos complex has been designed to offer you the best vacation experience possible, including the highly desirable zero-entry pool perfect for the entire family. This huge 1407-square-foot condo boasts a deck large enough for outdoor dining or enjoying the sunset. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. This smoke-free unit features a King bed in the Master bedroom, a Queen bed in Guest bedroom 1, and a Queen in bedroom 3. Unit 1004 has modern and contemporary decor/furnishings and a full-size washer and dryer. Monthly stays are available from November until March. Parking is at a premium, so a 2-car limit is strictly enforced.

Perfect location and accommodation

Beautiful condo, easy access to beach and the main spots in town, easy walk to The Hangout. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would love to book here again!

The stay was great the bed was a little hard and the air didn’t work as well but overall we had a nice stay. The the whole beach concept.

Summer vacation

Very nice condo convenient location, right on the beach. Prickett Properties was very nice and easy to work with. We have stayed at the San Carlos on several occasions and really like it. Only reason I gave it a 4 on cleanliness was because there were a couple of things that could have been cleaned like the living room rug. .

Vacation/Softball Tournament July 2022

We were concerned being on the 10th floor with the elevator but usually there was very little wait time for the elevator. We loved the view and enjoyed our stay very much. Would stay again!

Family beach trip

Absolutely loved the beach decor! Spacious condo was great for our family. Dishwasher handle wasn’t attached when we arrived but was found in pantry & easily re-attached. Overall very happy with this stay!

Great location

This condo was located near the Hangout and Sea & Suds. The condo had enough space for our family of 6. It also has a oversized balcony with great views. The property management was quick to respond to any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect! It is just what you see on line. Everything was clean and it had everything you could possible need for your family stay!! Management was very responsive. It definitely felt like home away from home. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic condo and building

Could not have enjoyed our stay more. Spacious, clean and comfortable condo. One issue with the AC unit and a repair person was there within 20 minutes. Can’t ask for better service than that! We’ll be back for sure

We actually booked with a different management company and was completely disappointed. We found this condo and management company and it saved our vacation. The condo was clean and comfortable. Beautiful views from the 10th floor . We will definitely book with them again . Highly recommended

Nice condo, noisy neighbors

Great condo. Unfortunately the 9th floor neighbors didn’t get the notice to keep noise down and not to disturb the peaceful enjoyment of others. Nothing like paying to hear the ocean and listening to someone else’s idea of music. Security was not helpful.

Great Condo with a beautiful Beach water view.

A great condo with a beautiful view. Not too far from the elevator. The beds were comfy and loved the two single beds in the third bedroom. Condo had Everything we needed and loved the extra plastic containers to store food in the fridge. We did have to buy a stool because all the beds were too high for my elderly mom. We also had to buy a Brillo sponge to clean the pans because there were no nonstick pans. A chair in each room would be really nice because it’s hard to sit on high beds when you’re dressing and putting on shoes. Thank you for a great week. 🤗

Need new cleaning services

First let me say the Condo was very nice. However, it was not properly cleaned. The dishwasher had dried food dried to bottom of it, that was obviously had been there for sometime. Dishwasher nearly fell out of its space when attempting to open it... The floors were nice, but very filthy. Grit everywhere on the floors and apparently had not been mopped for sometime. Attempted to go barefoot, your feet were black..... Dried food also in the drinking glasses provided in the cabinet. We washed all dishes by hand. Kerig did not work. We went to dollar general & purchased a mop and cleaned the floors where we walked...
