Shoalwater Condominium sitter direkt på Mexikanska golfen i Orange Beach, Alabama. Denna femte våningen enhet servas av två hissar och har 3 sovrum och 3 fulla bad ... varje sovrum har egen privat badrum. Du hittar också en hel wraparound balkong med ingång från vardagsrummet, sovrummet, samt ett andra sovrum. Uppdaterad platt TV i everyroom, strömma Netflix eller Pandora från BluRay-spelare med WiFi i vardagsrummet. Den femte våningen är hög nog att du inte får en hel del buller från poolen områden under dagen, men låg nog att du kan lämna sovrummet skjutbara altandörren öppen på natten och lyssna på vågorna kraschar hela natten. Detta balkongen är ett hörn balkong som ger dig vidöppna vyer över den vita sanden och Mexikanska golfen.

Det finns en stor fullt möblerat kök med bardisk. Sängar inkluderar en King Size säng i sovrummet och en drottning i varje av de två andra sovrummen. Matbordet plats 6 med ytterligare sittplatser i baren.

Denna byggnad uppfördes 1996 och kommer att ge dig en av de roligaste stranden semester någonsin! Koppla av i inomhuspoolen och bastu, eller ta de små att kiddie poolen ute på den stora pooldäcket. Hasardspel är bara en timme och 45 minuter bort i Biloxi, MS. Om du känner att en part kommer på bara österut ner till stranden för ett par miles till Florida State linje. Där hittar du den ikoniska roadhouse "Flora-Bama Club". Denna världsberömda klubben är på stranden och har levande musik varje kväll.

2025 Family Vacation

A very nice 3 bedroom 3 bathroom corner unit located on the 5th floor. Excellent view of the Gulf. The coffee maker didn't work the first day, but I sent a message to the owner Dan and he had a new coffee maker the next afternoon. Our family enjoyed the week!

So good, we immediately booked it again for next year!!

This place was perfect, especially for the price. Everything you’d expect but we didn’t pay through the nose for it. We immediately booked it for the next year, same dates. May even make it a tradition. Usually cheap and best don’t go together but in this case it did!

Beach House with awesome balcony!

We enjoyed our stay. The Balcony looking out to the ocean was absolutely beautiful. Best balcony we’ve ever stayed on. It was very big and spacious! We loved being able to eat at a table on the balcony and look out at the ocean.

The room was as explained in description. We had plenty of room for two families with teenage kids (a total of 8). The view was amazing from balcony. Love how the condo is directly on beach and only steps away to the beach. We had a wonderful stay thanks for sharing your condo.

Orange Beach

Condo was very comfortable and the balcony was where we spent a lot of time. View of the Gulf and beach is spectacular. Coffee maker did not work but a call to the Owner and it was replaced the next day. Great place to stay.

Great mini vaca

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was the perfect size for our two families, and while the weather wasn't great, it provided just the relaxing stay we needed after four jam-packed days at Disney and Universal!

Great condo with great beach view

This place was exactly as described - wrap around view of the ocean, three beds with three baths, a great kitchen and dining space, nicely appointed. Enough outdoor seating in the balcony for our family to enjoy meals and playing cards. Easy access to stores and restaurants. We loved it and would stay here again when we get the chance!

Wonderful condo. Very happy with the unit. Only problem was the TV’s had intermittent signal. Would lose signal in middle of program on several evenings. No deal breaker, some just need TV to sleep.

Our family stayed in Orange Beach for a volleyball tournament. The condo was great. Well decorated and comfortable. The layout is nice and had enough space for everyone to spread out. Felt like a home away from home.

2023 Orange Beach Vacation!

Really enjoyed our stay..Property owner very nice .. returned calls and e-mails quickly..We loved the Condo and the view was Beautiful!! Right on the Beach!! Would definitely stay there again!! Stores and places to eat within 5 minutes.. The large balcony was Great.. Didn’t hear any traffic!! We loved this Condo!!

Love the location

Being right on the beach was perfect, would stay again, there are a few things in the condo that need attention, the door to the porch is broken, and the kitchen faucet needs to be replaced and the garage disposal is froze up and needs to be replaced as well, but it didn’t stop our vacation, 😎😎😎😎

It was great!

The layout was perfect for 3 couples! Could not have asked for better. Having the door code made check in and leaving so simple, no keys to drop off or pick up. Will definitely want to stay again!!

Great Room

Overall, it was a great stay. It was in a great location. Had a lot to do around the condo. One of the best things about the unit was the huge balcony with the new outdoor furniture. The picture doesn’t show the new furniture but it’s really nice. Will be looking to book their in the near future.

Excellent Location and balcony!

This condo had a huge balcony...we stayed there most of the time when we weren't on the beach. It was close to all the restaurants and watering holes as well. Thank god we decided on getting the 3 bedroom and not the 2 bedroom... also very nice that each bedroom had their own bathroom... very nice! Hope to come back soon.

Beautiful, clean condo!

My family of 4 plus my mother in law stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time! The condo was the cleanest condo we have stayed in (in many years of coming to the beach). The furnishings were beautiful, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was impressively well stocked. It was so nice for each bedroom to have it's own bathroom. The view from our balcony were priceless! Thanks for making our family vacation one to remember!

Bachelorette weekend

Property was great! The view was amazing. The door handle to one of the sliding glass doors to the balcony was broken from previous guests so getting out that door was not advisable. Otherwise a lovely condo!

Great stay

The property is as described. It was a great stay. The only problem was the security guard and a parking issue. He caused a lot of un necessary confusion. I would not let that stop you from booking it is a great place and would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I vacationed to Orange Beach after going to Destin for several years. We just fell in love with the vibe that Orange Beach had to offer. The white sand beaches and the nice restaurants, golf courses, and water sports were too good to pass up. We ended up buying this condo before we had to head back home. We are from Louisiana (5 hrs away) and look forward to our get away place in Orange Beach!

Varför värden valde detta boende

This corner unit has the biggest balcony we could find! We had to have a 3BR, 3BA because we have a large family. We hope that this condo will be a part of the many memories that you will leave with when visiting Orange Beach.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Along with the beach chairs and daily umbrella rentals, the vast pool deck was unique to this particular complex. Of course, the big balcony was also appealing and something that enabled us to really appreciate the beach and water view.
