Amelia Island Stay

Place was perfect, Owner was accessible to answer qustions. WE loved being walking distance to the beach and the peacefulness by the pond. Great stay.

Family vacation

We loved our stay here! The house was super clean, the host are very helpful and friendly, super close to the beach. It was just a great experience. I definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect stay!

We had an amazing time on our stay. Everything was clean and updated. Our kids appreciated the short walk to the pool and playground.

Perfect Size for our family of 4. Short walk to the beach. A nice little deck area for enjoying a drink, reading a book, and getting a some sun. Loved our stay here!

The perfect vacation spot!

Our town house was perfect! The best location in the community, the deck overlooks the pond and has a great view of the pool. The inside was spotless, beautiful open concept, with a kitchen that had everything we might need. We especially enjoyed the deck, a great place to read or enjoy a cocktail, not to mention watching the turtles.

Florida Condo Stay

The property was very nice and in a great location. However, I think it needs some updating - mainly cleaning and some painting. Also, I think for elderly renters there should be a grab bar in the shower (especially since the tub has a fairly high lip). Overall we were very pleased.

Easy spot close to beach

Beach condo with everything you need, in an older complex just a block or two from a really nice stretch of beach. Less than 10-minute drive to the main drag, Centre Street. View of pool, pond and tennis courts. My kids loved feeding the turtles!

Great condo close to beach

Great accommodations that are close to the beach! Within walking distance to a few restaurants and short drive to downtown. Pool and tennis courts were in great shape. Loved the patio and being able to feed the turtles from it. So nice to have the 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom for our teenagers. Kitchen well equipped, beach towels, chairs etc provided. Would recommend.

Perfection!

The condo was everything we could ask for. So cute and clean and a great location. My youngest and I loved feeding the turtles from the balcony every morning. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need…seriously bring your clothes and Cindy takes care of the rest. She even had gifts for us when we arrived. My brother and wife live on the island so we will definitely be back to stay in this adorable condo!

Multiple condo family vacation

Loved the condo. The windows and being on first floor was Golden and right next to the pool. The place was nicely updated considering it being an older condo and the open floor plan was perfect for gathering after the pool or beach and/or game nights. There was a mishap with the pool pass from last renter but Cindy made sure we got a new one right away. Only con is the vents though out the condo need to be cleaned. Would definitely be back for sure!

A perfect Oasis

What a great experience! This Condo housed our family of 5 very well. It is definitely one of the better units for the view overlooking the pond and pool. The turtles in the pond stole the show! The kids loved feeding them everyday and even named them all. The pool was always clean and the convenience of having the water house available made it easy to clean off the chairs and toys from the beach. The walk to the beach isn’t too bad and a beach wagon made it much easier. Would absolutely stay again when we travel back to Amelia Island!

Fabulous!

Our family of 4 (myself, husband and two daughters 17 and 20) absolutely loved our stay! The condo was clean, very cute, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed! The beds were super comfy, and we were pleasantly surprised that the master had a king bed (I think it was listed as a queen?) The view off the back balcony is private and lovely. We fed the turtles every day, enjoyed the pool, pickleball courts and the beach! The walk to the beach is short and safe. The beach itself is beautiful and was not crowded at all! We rode our bikes all around! The communication with Cindy was fantastic. She answered all our questions and was super helpful. Anytime I reached out, she responded quickly! If you are looking for a great place to enjoy a relaxing week at the beach, don’t hesitate to book this condo!

A relaxing view with nice amenities

We had a great time at the property. This unit may be the best on the property. The views are onto wooded areas or the pond, rather than other units. And it was super close to the pool and tennis courts, which is great if you forget anything you need. The 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom were perfect for my 2 teenage sons. Trying to squeeze two 6 footers into one queen would not have gone over well. The walk to the beach was short and the access does not have a parking lot, which means a bit less people. The kitchen is lightly outfitted, which worked great for us because we had planned to eat dinners out. If you are looking to do some serious cooking, you might need to get inventive. The owner was very responsive to my messages and any needs we had. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect location to experience Amelia Island

Our family had a completely enjoyable stay at the Oyster Beach Cottage. We had never been to Amelia Island before, but we loved the beaches and relaxed atmosphere. This rental is a block over from the beach and we walked comfortably with the beach chairs and boogie boards provided. We felt good with our teenage daughters going for walks on the beach by themselves, and appreciates that we were walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. The location is about a mile from grocery stores and a few miles from a great state park (Fort Clinch where we went shelling and crabbing) and the historic village of Fernandina (lots of restaurants and shopping). This cute cottage had everything we needed and then some! The kitchen had a Keurig which made our mornings easy, and was stocked with everything we needed to make meals. We loved the floor plan with everything open downstairs so we could all be together, and played some of the games that were available for us. The host provided sweet and thoughtful extras, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Cindy responded quickly to any message, and left helpful information about the island, including recommendations (which we used!). We explored many parts of the island while we were there, and felt really fortunate we were able to stay in Oyster Beach Cottage for our vacation 😊

Simply could not have asked for a better place to stay! It was perfect for myself, my husband and my 2 kids (ages 12 & 15). The unit was clean, updated, and nicely decorated. It was so close and convenient to the beach and downtown Fernandina.

Great Location & Property!

My wife and I and two boys (5 & 2) stayed at Cindy's property just last week. All as advertised, very clean and updated with all the essentials provided. It is obvious once you walk in that Cindy cares about her property and keeps it very well maintained. The pool was great to enjoy after a day at the beach, the binder or recommended restaurants and activities were great too! Would recommend!
