Same great condo, new owners. This two bedroom condo is located on the ocean and provides ocean views from every room. The condo has an open floor plan, perfect for your family. We welcome your family to enjoy our beautiful island. We follow the CDC’s guidelines for cleaning and provide Clorox wipes to provide a clean environment for you and your family. We provide towels, beach towels, laundry detergent, dish washer tabs and beach toys for your stay. All you need to bring is your bathing suit and food!

Ladies week

Three of us (coworkers) decided to take a short trip together & agreed on Amelia Island. This listing was exactly as described, easy understandably/access; super great beach location/access. My only feedback: not sitting on the deck Adirondack chairs as each were really dirty & also too big for the area. But that was not a big deal overall. Beds/couch super comfy; kitchen had good tools and bathrooms great.Loved the place & the location!

Love Terraces!

We are “ frequent flyers” to the Terraces …. Many years and several different units, but the end units are our favorites! And Christie is wonderful, responsive and welcoming. Can’t wait til the next stay!

Great location

Great location. Classy and spacious! Plenty of everything needed for a wonderful vacation. Well stocked kitchen. A keyless entry would be nice. I was concerned about the restaurant on one side of the balcony. It was not a problem as there was plenty ocean view looking to the right and out the windows! A great vacation!

Family Vacation

I took my sister, girl friend, and father on a long weekend getaway. And the say it was amazing was an understatement, the host was awesome, so responsive, respectful, and the condo was so clean and welcoming. Would 10/10 recommend coming back.

Spring Break 2024

Such a great place! Weather could have cooperated more but it was so great to have a wonderful place to stay when we couldn’t be on the beach. Great location by restaurants, etc. with a fabulous view of the beach. Super comfortable beds. Property manager was great with helping deal with a few small issues. This is our 2nd year in FB and look forward to coming back in the future!!

We had a fabulous time. The condo was beautiful. Pictures are exact and great household items to utilize while you stay. Literally walk out your door to the beach. That view!! We will definitely be back to stay here.

After Christmas Getaway

Condo is updated and great. All that is need for a stay is available. Pots, pans, baking supplies (kitchenaid Stand mixer, wow!). Beds comfortable, bathrooms big and nice. View from every window and restaurants walking distance. Hear the waves from balcony. Will stay again. Everyone enjoyed the condo and the area.

Loved our beach condo

Wonderful condo-we have been coming to the beach for many years and this unit was my favorite.The beach is a very close walk from the unit. The beach chairs are included in the rent-beach towels are even provided. The kitchen is well stocked. A storage unit has coolers, extra chairs for the beach-even bikes. Amelia Island is a great place to vacation. The beach is beautiful-the restaurants are great-a great place to enjoy and relax. You will be very pleased you chose this rental.

Location, location, location!!

We enjoyed being close to a couple of restaurants. Only possible negative was noise and smell from the restaurant, while sitting on the balcony at times, it was not constant so really was not a problem for us, it was easy to overlook because of the convenience and the condo is beautiful inside and the view with the many windows make up for it! A nice improvement would be to add a tv in the 2nd bedroom, it would also help with drowning out the unwanted sounds at night! We enjoyed our time at this condo!

Perfect beach condo

We stayed at the condo for a nice getaway back to the beach since we've moved to Atlanta. We had such a great time. This place was right on the beach, a restaurant and bar right there next door and was so comfortable. The master bath was AMAZING after a long day on the beach. I would definitely book it again even with a longer stay. It was just the two of us and would have been perfect for two couples. Plenty of space! We made breakfast with the drapes pulled and ate with a view of the beach. It was perfect. Thank you so much to the hosts Christie and her fiance for being so attentive and making sure we had everything we needed! You should definitely try this place out!

Too many issues

We stayed in this rental for a week. We had many issues wrong with it. The refrigerator froze our food we bought at the grocery for the week. We went to charge our cell phone and a outlet didn't work. The stove didn't cook anything properly. The hot water valve was not at a control tempature.The blender was broken. The fire alarm went off twice there. We have stayed at Elizabeth pointe lodge many times before and other places in the area and NEVER encountered problems. This rental is not worth the money.

Celebrating 10 year Anniversary & Thanksgiving

We had a great time and the condo was an exceptional place to stay. The views were magnificent and the condo was perfect. The location is super convenient and being able to walk out of the entry and be just a few steps away from the beach was awesome! Christy was quick to respond to any questions we had and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo, Beautiful Community

This condo is truly taken care of by the owner. The decor and amenities let you know that the owner takes pride in their condo. The view of the ocean was great and the entire condo building was extremely quiet. Easy to get to restaurants and even historic Fernandina! It was our first - it wont be our last time at this condo!
