Located on beautiful Anastasia Island, this 1920's fully renovated luxury apartment is walking distance to historic St Augustine via the Bridge of Lions and biking distance to St Augustine Beach. In the early Florida boom period of the 1920's, British developer D.P. Davis fell in love with St. Augustine and designed the Davis Shores neighborhood right over the Bridge of Lyons on Anastasia Island.

Great Stay

We had a great stay @ Anastasia Grand. The apartment was super clean, comfortable and quiet. It is located within walking distance to the historical spots in downtown St. Augustine. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!

We were so happy to have the opportunity to stay here. It was very clean, roomy, and convenient to everything's we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again on future visits to St Augustine!

Wonderful Rental

This rental is entirely accurate to the photos and it was very clean and well stocked with necessities. Chris is incredibly prompt responding to questions. The location is fabulous - a very quick walk over the bridge to downtown St. Augustine, eliminating the need to use either the garage (20 flat rate) or parking meters (2.50/hr).

Clean, modern, convenient, cozy!

This was a great place for us to get away. Fantastic location in a quiet neighborhood that is very convenient to the best restaurants and downtown is a short walk away over the Bridge of Lions. Lots of room in this updated upstairs condo!

Fantastic Stay

Would definitely recommend. The place was spotless, so many wonderful small touches to make our stay easier. Location is fantastic - we walked easily to the historic district each morning across the bridge and it was a quick drive to the beach. Quiet neighborhood too. The host was very communicative and responsive.

Great apartment in good location

The property is large, light with all the amenities you will need, the wife would like a TV in the bedroom and a full length mirror though. Parking not an issue. Only a 15 minute walk over the bridge of Lions to the town centre where there are a ton of bars and restaurants

Highly recommend

Beautiful apartment furnished with anything you need. Owner even provides a you tube TV subscription which enables full television viewing along with TV guide. Loved the short walk over beautiful bridge to all downtown attractions.

Anniversary Getaway

Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The apartment was SO clean and tidy. There was so much space and complementary things available also which made for a huge bonus. Coffee, creamer, chips, shampoo/conditioner, beach chairs/umbrella etc. So nice! The location was perfect also! We could walk to the downtown area and the beach was a very short drive. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit the area!!

5 Stars all around!!

My fiance and I had such a wonderful time staying here! It was the perfect place and we felt very safe. I wouldn’t say it’s 100% walking distance, especially for us ladies that like to wear heels or something for dinner. But very easy to get an Uber to go to dinner or drive to the downtown area. I would suggest walking in the morning for coffee or something when you have comfortable clothes and shoes! We didn’t mind driving over at all. We will definitely stay here again and also recommend to our friends and family!!

Fantastic Apartment

Spotless apartment just across the Bridge of Lions on Anastasia Island. My wife and I stayed for a week in October and would be happy to recommend the place to anyone. Number 6 was in beautiful condition, had on street parking and a small outdoor seating area. The bedroom and living area were very comfortable, it was situated in a nice neighbourhood and it felt very secure with a street level door before going upstairs to another locking entry door. As it was just across the Bridge of Lions it was very convenient to walk into St Augustine town for shops, restaurants and you tourist sights. The only downside was the outdoor furniture some of which is rusting and needs replaced but overall 5 stars

it was a great experience working with this host. We love the place. It was so clean. It was so welcoming and very quiet. We love that we could walk through a beautiful neighborhood, a couple blocks and then over the bridge to Saint Augustine. We will definitely be back and thank you very much to the host of this property. It is amazing.

Our stay was great. The apartment was in the middle of a neighborhood. We wanted to walk to dinner but the location was too dark. Parking in front of the building was very convenient. It was clean inside but a few items needed a deep cleaning like the bottom of the shower and the couches. Overall good experience.

We were in town for a Kip Moore concert. We were 2 miles from the venue. Perfect location to everything. As of this review, this rental is exactly as listed. Clean, open concept, walking distance to downtown Saint Augustine, just over the bridge. Will definitely rent this unit for any future visits to the area.

We stayed from Monday till Friday and it was perfect. The building is beautiful, the apartment was quiet and just perfect for 2 people. The small court area between the building and garage was so nice. I sat outside every morning and evening and there was shade and a cool breeze blowing all the time. We walked to historic St Augustine several times with no issues. The drive to the beach from the apartment was only about 7 minutes. I would recommend staying here to any couple or single person who just wants some quiet down time. We absolutely love it.
