Detta är en annan charmig, romantisk, helt renoverad Key Lime Oasis lägenhet som ligger inom gångavstånd till praktiskt taget alla centrum attraktioner, restauranger och butiker. Badrummet har en stor duschkabin, badkar, dubbla fåfängar och Carrera marmorplattor. Det fullt utrustade köket har alla nya apparater, skåp och bänkskivor i kvarts. Sovrummet har en dubbelsäng samt en bäddsoffa och rulla. Lägenheten är idealisk för ett par eller par med barn eftersom den enda tillgången till badrummet är genom sovrummet.

Key Lime Oasis ligger inbäddat på ett trädkantat bostadsområde i historiska Saint Augustine. Det kallades av långsiktiga invånare i grannskapet på grund av dess färg och utseende. Dessa fina damer berättade för oss att vårt hem får dem att tänka på sötma utan kalorier. Därför föddes Key Lime Oasis. Som namnet antyder erbjuder det sötma, lugn och ro men ändå är mindre än två korta kvarter från början av många av St Augustines attraktioner.

Min favoritdel av den här lägenheten är den stora verandan där du kan koppla av, njuta av din morgon- och kvällsdryck, människor titta på och blanda med grannarna.

So cute! Host was awesome.

The house is so cute and the location can't be beat! The bed was very comfortable. Parking lot is close but heres hoping the neighborhood will appove renters use of street parking.

Great location, easy to walk. Mix up with couple sharing other unit in the building checking into our unit, so we did not actually stay in this specific one. It worked out fine, nice newly renovated apartment. Connie was very quick to respond and communicate with.

Great Spot! Clean! Comfortable!

Everything was great with my stay here. I was staying here while working on an event downtown and the location couldn’t be beat. It was a great and relaxing spot after a long day of work. Will definitely plan to stay again.

Beautiful Apartment

We felt so welcome with AC, lights and tv on upon our arrival. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Great location to everything in St. Augustine!

Excellent Place to Stay!!!!!

What a wonderful place in a wonderful town. The unit is charming, clean, and comfortable ... and perfectly located for a 3 day walking adventure around town. Absolutely worth it, and worth staying at again. St. Augustine is lovely.

Great location for downtown sightseeing.

Property was clean and nice and was conveniently located in the downtown area. We could walk everywhere we needed to go which was important because they were having the lights festival and the town was so packed with cars it was practically gridlocked. St. Augustine is a beautiful place to visit and if we are ever back in the area, I would stay at the exact same place.

Property was clean and well maintained. Very close to downtown and easy walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. My only recommendation is to notify the guest to make sure they scan the parking garage card when leaving even though the gates are up at the city parking garage. If you do not scan leaving it won't let you back in and the attendant i dealt with was extremely rude.

Perfect!

We had a lovely stay! The location was amazing - walking distance to everything but quiet in the evenings. The apartment was charming and the kitchen was fully stocked and beautiful. My husband and I appreciated the washer and dryer so we didn't have to overpack. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay

Clean and up-to-date decor. Only a couple blocks from St. George street, so very easy to walk to most places. We were communicated with throughout our stay. They had tons of EXTRAS - - like a parking pass, blow dryer, shampoo and conditioners, beach chairs, beach umbrella, rain umbrella, cooler, magazines to read, porch with rockers... It was an awesome experience!

Much Needed Getaway

My husband and I had a fabulous time visiting this beautiful city! Connie's home is beautiful and in the perfect location to be able to easily walk to everything, but also nestled on an adorable quiet little street. She is so sweet and quick to respond to any questions you may have. We will definitely be recommending and will hopefully be able to come back again! Thank you Connie!

Close to Downtown St. Augustine

Wonderful cottage!! It has everything you will need. This was our first time visiting St. Augustine. The cottage was in walking distance to everything we wanted to see for three days. The trolley ride took us through the City and gave us a great place to try for dinner and that was the only time we used our car. We felt safe walking back and forth to our cottage! Our hostess Ms. Connie is a wonderful person and so helpful with any needs you might have! We look forward to visiting this City and cottage again. Everything was so comfortable Melinda N

Cute place in the heart of everything

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely old home handy to everything in old town St. Augustine. Connie was a pleasure to deal with and responded to messages promptly. She has thought of everything and provided essentials such as paper products, tea, coffee, water bottles in the fridge and toiletries in the huge washroom. There is currently no parking on site but a pass was provided for the nearby municipal garage which was only 2 blocks away. The small driveway was accessible for loading and unloading so it wasn’t a big issue. We would certainly return on another visit!

Top Choice for Your St. Augustine Experience!

If I could give Connie's place Ten Stars out of Five I would. Let me say that my wife and I are frequent travelers and St. Augustine is high on our list of enjoyable places. St. A is best enjoyed by staying close to the downtown center/George Street location. This charming apartment is within one block of the desired area...close enough to walk the entire range of shops, restaurants and historical sites. We also bicycle and that is very easy from this location. The apt itself is very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Excellent layout with most anything you will need to make yourself at home. From the well appointed kitchen to a wonderful bath and walk-in shower area...the comfortable bedroom and nice relaxing front room. Nice furniture throughout..:) And maybe the best place to sit with tea, coffee or wine....the front porch within eyesight of the George Street sector. More than one couple strolling by mentioned to us that we had the best seats in the house..:) Oh..the parking...we parked right on the street outside the house. Connie provides a parking pass and street parking is first come first serve...but we were never more than two spaces away from the apartment. In St. Augustine parking is a high priority concern...so having that pass is a great feature provided! Connie is easy to communicate with and very responsive to any of your questions or needs.....very friendly and a great conversationalist if you wish..but also totally respects your privacy as well. St Augustine is a great place to visit and this gem is the total package for your visit. My wife and I are at least yearly visitors and have rented a number of places in different locations and settings in St. Ausustine....take my word...this place is our Top Choice for St. Augustine!

Great place to stay!

This was our first visit to St. Augustine. The property was clean and well stocked. Easy check-in. The location was perfect! Close to everything, yet very quiet! Cannot wait to come back. A great property in a great town!
