Private parking. 400 mÂČ enclosed garden with terrace. Garage for bicycles/motorcycles.
On one level: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 and 2: 140x190 cm bed, 3: 2 90x190 cm beds), shower room/toilet, and separate toilet.
Amenities include: Wi-Fi, a second refrigerator/freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, and a tumble dryer.
Included: Electricity, aerothermal heating, and bed linens.
Not included: Towels and tourist tax. A mandatory cleaning fee is charged for business customers (âŹ65).
