You can't ask for a better location than this adorable cottage. Lots of great space inside and out!! Easy access to the beach and boardwalk but nice and quiet if you want to relax at the cottage instead. Two great porches and a hammock for lounging outside. We had some rainy days but easily kept ourselves entertained inside. Central AC was a lifesaver when the humidity rolled in. Fully stocked with the best hosts! Check in/out was so easy. Highly recommend!!

We have stayed at this property several times over the years and it is our favorite house at Hampton Beach. The location is wonderful – walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops but set back enough so that it’s very quiet. The host is so easy to deal with and always makes the booking process easy and ensures that our stay will be comfortable. Every time we’re planning a trip to Hampton, this is the first house I look for to see if it’s available. We’re already looking forward to our next trip.

By far, this is the nicest and best laid out place we have seen or stayed at in Hampton Beach. The location is perfect for us. It is a short walk to the beach and a few minutes drive to the Yankee Seafood coop ... fresh and delicious. The amenities are perfect. The host book details the storage location of items like the huge lobster pot and the butter warmer/dipping dish, etc. This cottage is cute and functional. The Laundry facilities were very much appreciated. The Kitchen is well equipped with a reasonable working flow/design for multiple folks working together. Steamed Lobster, custard, potatoes, rice, vegetables, clams, bacon, eggs, toast, and more were all well handled in this workspace. Cleanup was quick and easy. The electric hot water kettle heated a nice quantity of water for multiple cups of tea.The grill on the nice deck seared swordfish perfectly.Ample parking for 3-4 cars.Linda and Bill are available, helpful, communicative, and non-obtrusive.When we visit again, we want to stay here.
