Möblerat 3 sovrum hem med 2 bad nära Hampton Beach. Huset har ett stort sovrum med dubbelsäng och sittgrupp.
Avkopplande tillflyktsort med en hisnande utsikt över marsh på 25 grader. Huset är mycket unikt för området - på en lugn återvändsgränd med en tomt på 5 tunnland. Så du känner inte att du är precis ovanför dina grannar som med många fastigheter i området. Huset ligger en kort 10 minuters promenad till Hampton Beach och en 3 minuters promenad till en privat och avskild strand på Hampton Harbour. Vid lågvatten har Hampton Harbour stranden en enorm sandbar som är jättekul för barn och vuxna! Solnedgångar från trädgården är också fantastiskt!

Amazing home! Had everything we needed. The views were beautiful and we love looking for crabs on the private beach area. Would stay here again.

Seabrook Visit

We had a nice 4 day stay, The house was well stocked and accommodated 6 adults well. Good use some updating but worked OK for our short stay. Very nice location, private but yet close to beach and boardwalk.

A very comfortable place for a small family get-together. The house is showing its age, but it is charming. One thing that I could mention is that it was hard to figure out what switches controlled which lights. Also it would be really nice to have a light over the dining table. We do a lot of puzzles and it was hard to get enough light in that part of the room. Bruce was very responsive and flexible to our needs. We’ll plan to come back the next time we make it to Hampton.

Peaceful and Serene

We had a wonderful time at this house in Hampton Beach. The house was exactly as advertised, it's cleanliness was above average. There were a ton of little extras included, trash bags, coffee filters, toilet paper, things like that. Sadly, our weather was cold, rainy, and windy. But other than that, Bruce was easy to get in touch with, like when the power was out! Or like when our little dog chewed a hole in his door!!! . He was so kind about it and repaired it quickly. It was a beautiful area, we had a great stay, it was a fantastic house and we would love to come back when the weather is warmer and we could take advantage of the kayaks and the beach.

Much more peaceful than we expected since it's so close to the main Hampton Beach area. Plenty of space for kids to play away from traffic/hazards.

Great Getaway

Beautiful Setting!

Gorgeous views! If you love to bird watch this is the house for you. We had a family of rabbits visit daily. Great to watch weekly fireworks from the screened front porch. One of our travelers fell prior to vacation so it was difficult for her to manage steep stairs. We definitely enjoyed our stay in this serene setting!

Beautiful, peaceful location

We had a great stay with our kids and dog. Enjoyed the quiet street and peaceful yard. The house was clean and spacious and close to everything while also feeling remote. Loved the views from the kitchen and bedrooms. Bruce was very attentive and communication was easy. Look forward to visiting again.

A wonderful Vacation Spot

We loved our vacation at this home. The home is located next to conservation land and set up to thoroughly enjoy the outdoors. It was wonderfully quiet. We could hear the birds chirping. The house is perfectly appointed for a vacation. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. Big bowls, enough pans, everything was clean and well organized.

Sweet, quiet, winter getaway

Perfect getaway spot with long, water views, gorgeous sunsets and plenty of bird watching, including a bald eagle landing in the backyard! The house was immaculate and comfortable with an exceptionally well outfitted kitchen. Comfortable beds and lots of choices for movie watching. The owner was easy to reach, flexible and thoughtful about our stay. Highly recommend this sweet spot!

A wonderful stay

We had a great stay at this lovely property. The house is comfortable and we felt completely at home here. The property is very private and quiet and we enjoyed watching the birds by the marsh. The beach is a short walk away. The host is very responsive and friendly; we wanted for nothing. Would definitely come back.

So Relaxing

It was a wonderfully relaxing and peaceful stay! Anything else you may need, such as groceries, restaurants, etc, is just a few minutes away from this location. Bruce the owner was pleasure to deal with very kind and respectful. Only complaint was it was too short of a stay. You can’t go wrong with this rental; I highly recommend it!

Peaceful and restful

This vacation was the most peaceful vacation we have had in years. The location was quiet and the house allow our teenagers to have their own space. The amenities listed were helpful. We can't wait to vacation there next year.

Family beach vacation

House was great for our family with plenty of room and it is away from all the noise but close enough for a quick drive to beach or walk if you like walks. Great little beach on the river near by for kids and dog. Older grandchildren enjoyed kayaking behind the house. Owner was very responsive and informative

Perfect home in a perfect location

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. It had all the amenities, was a 15 minute walk to the beach/boardwalk , but yet far enough away for a quiet evening at home. It was a beautiful home with gorgeous views, and a great yard on a quiet dead-end street. This is a gem!

Lovely property by the marsh

Beautiful location overlooking the marsh. Fun watching birds, bunnies and egrets. House is well equipped and very comfortable. Quiet street was great for walking our dog. Bruce is an excellent host! Thank you!

Peaceful Perfection!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! As soon as we arrived, we knew that we had found the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a bit of privacy while also having easy access to the beautiful New Hampshire and Massachusetts coastlines. The house was clean, very well equipped and provided all of the comforts of home. Our pups had plenty of room to romp in the yard and especially enjoyed their runs on the sandbar right down at the end of the street. Within just a few minutes, we could be at any one of several beaches in the area, too! Returning to the house at the end of each day where we could sit out back at the fire pit to enjoy the view or on the front porch to read or wave to neighbors was a pleasure. We thank you for allowing us the use of your home, and our pups thank you, too! Peter and Sandy Lok
