Location was great. Could definitely use some better cleaning (table was sticky when we arrived, huge stain on blinds, hot tub was sandy and cloudy).

Thank you for your feedback, and we're glad you enjoyed the location. We're sorry to hear parts of your stay didn't meet your expectations. We take cleanliness very seriously and will review the concerns about the table and blinds with our cleaning team. Regarding the hot tub, we inspect it between guests and found the water to be clear both before and after your stay. If it appeared cloudy at any point, we would have appreciated the opportunity to check it immediately, as the filtration and cleaning cycles can occasionally affect the water's appearance for a short time. We always encourage our guests to reach out during their stay if anything isn't as expected. We're happy to address concerns right away whenever possible so our guests can fully enjoy their visit. Thank you again for your comments—we're always looking for ways to improve.

This was my favorite place we stayed so far in Loudenville! It was very clean and I loved being right along the river! We had a good time playing corn hole and enjoying the giant porch! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Beautiful home, loved the kitchen. Very relaxing inside and out, even with the rain. Would love to stay here again when the weather is alittle warmer. Just watching the fall leaves floating down the river was very enjoyable.
