Great stay!

Great place to stay! They where doing construction on the building next to us and i did worry it might not be peaceful but we never heard the construction from oir balcony! Great place to stay! Our room was recently updated and nice!

Excellent accommodation

The property was as advertised, some updates are needed but that's cosmetic only. The service was friendly, instructions were clear and fast. We will definitely be back and can see this becoming our go to quick getaway.

worn out and dirty bed

The mattress on the bed is so worn, we fell into the very worn out areas on mattress. The living furniture is very worn but the matress on the sofa is very nasty. This needs to be replaced.

Just OK

This is a time share property. We were asked to sit in on a presentation but they were not pushy about it. Nowhere on the listing does it tell you the name of the resort, so it was confusing trying to ascertain the correct location except for the address. The check-in and staff were great. The hair dryer was broken and they were going to send maintenance immediately. The furniture was dated and it could use a face lift. The cleanliness of the property left some to be desired. There was a dirty washrag in the shower soap cubby and toe nail clippings beside the trash can. We didn't notice either of these until the next morning when we were getting ready to leave for the day.

Great place to stay — absolutely horrible customer service

We checked in and were given a key to the wrong room. We were given a small studio when we should’ve had a larger room with balcony, separate bedroom, and full kitchen. We only knew this because we had to go to the front desk to ask for a plunger because when we contacted them for one we were told it would be there “In a minute”. 45 minutes later we gave up and left for the day. Then when told to speak to Terry about the room issue I was told “he’ll be out in a minute”. Again, 45 minutes later I gave up and left. No help. No care. With my wife and kids waiting very impatiently we left disgruntled and disappointed with the “quality” of customer service. Then when Terry calls I get told he can’t do anything because we booked through a 3rd party site. What a joke. The overall stay was nice, had we been able to be in the appropriate room the entire time this would’ve been a great 5/5 stay. But the absolute lack of customer service and communication between staff is abysmal and they need serious help. Ridiculous.

Great location for our family vacation. They offer great amenities for all ages. We will for sure be booking here again for our next Branson vacation.

Clean but tired property

Everyone was very pleasant, the entire property was very clean. However, the unit was very dated, the wallpaper boarder in the bathroom is peeling up, furniture is dated etc. Other than that it was great stay mainly due to the staff...
