Newly renovated condo. One bedroom, one full bathroom. Laterra Condominiums and Spa has lobby swimming pool, Also 2 golf clubs open to public within The World Golf Village. A 24/7 Security gate. Guests are texted pass for length of stay. A lockbox outside the lobby entrance has Unit 306 room key& fob. The access code will be texted the day of checkin. Also has fitness center, heated lap pool, a Lazy River pool, tennis & pickle ball courts. Close to the beaches, golf clubs, and historic downtown St. Augustine, oldest city in the USA. Complimentary coffee/tea, bottled water. Many towels, washer & dryer, inflatable air mattress if needed, size Queen & Twin. AT&T Fiber wifi, 2 smart TV’s, free parking, luggage carts in pull up lobby. Beautifully maintained grounds, very quiet peaceful setting. Minimal traffic. Great place, great host!

Great property and Stephen was an excellent host. Place was as advertised, detailed instructions for check in and use of the property facilities. Stephen was prompt and attentive to any questions about the property or surrounding area. Would highly recommend and would stay again in the future!

A hidden gem

One of the most fully stocked VRBOs I've ever seen! Even had bandages and several different brands of coffee. The condo was immuculate and Stephen was very prompt in answering quesitons. It's a bit of a drive to downtown St. Augustine, but was exactly the kind of place we were looking for. Very laid back and we met several of the neighbors. Hope to come back some day when the weather is a bit warmer and we will for sure look to rent here again.

"Our stay at World Gold Village was everything we hoped for. It was perfect for our family trip. The space was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The host “STEPHEN” was incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay as a family stay or a romantic retreat. Excellent Condo in Beautiful Location

From the moment we walked in, it felt very welcoming. It was probably the most well stocked VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Everything you’d need was there - from staples like coffee, sugar, creamer to paper towels and tissues, to soap, shampoos, and body wash. The area was lovely and walkable. Retail shops and restaurants were just minutes away and the beach was about 30 minutes. The condo also had holiday decorations which was appreciated since we stayed there over Christmas. It’s definitely a winner, and I highly recommend!
