It was just bad...

We got to the property and we weren't able to get in because the last visitors had an extra day. We had to wait like 2 more hours to get a new house for the night then come back to the house we were supposed to get. Just terrible we were tired from driving 15 hours from Houston to the house and not able get in and rest. Then the next day we got to the house the pool was not clean and we didn't get to used the pool the 4 days we were there just bad and sad. The house was clean but that pretty much it.

Me and my husband both grew up in Belgium and moved to Florida 5 years ago. But prior to that Florida was our second home and we frequently visited the sunshine state for over 25 years. We have developed quite some expertise about this beautiful state. We speak French, Dutch, German, English and Spanish.

We have travelled a lot all over the world. During our travels we always enjoy a relaxing place where we can cool down after a busy day exploring. We wanted to recreate that same feeling with our rental properties. Nothing can beat a dip in the pool after a day at the parks. Or what about a nice glass of wine or a beer to finish another beautiful day in Florida.

We always enjoy meeting our guests and sharing all our experiences in Florida. That is why we always try to meet our guests. We are always only a phone call or message away to make sure our guests get the best out of their holiday.

Our home is located on the highest point of the Highlands Reserve Golf Community giving it a unique overview of the golf course. During your stay, you can enjoy all the things you do at your own home, be it relaxing, cooking, reading, or just hanging around. All necessary amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible are provided. And if you still need something we are only a phone call away.
With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, we can accommodate up to 10 people making it ideal for a large family or friends wanting to enjoy the Florida sunshine together.
The living room and 3 bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs with live tv access.
Our home has a heated and screened private pool. Pool settings are all scheduled. When purchased ($25/daily), Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
The patio has a dining table that suits 6 guests so you can enjoy your dinner watching the sunset over Florida. The pool is South orientated so you will have plenty of sunshine to enjoy. The patio offers shade while dining. There is a gas grill available for a flat fee rate. This includes cleaning and gas so you can enjoy some outdoor cooking.
Attention: If you’re looking for a party house, please do not book.

Our home is located just a 15 minute drive of Walt Disney World and about 45 minutes of Orlando International Airport. All other major attractions are located central to our home. If you don't feel like cooking there are plenty of restaurants around and we are happy to provide you with tips.

Beach

With it's central location in Florida our home give you the option to enjoy either the fabulous Gulf Coast or the breeze of the Atlantic Coast. Both coast can be reached within the hour. As we love the beach ourselves we are happy to help you around as there are a lot of choices when you hit for the coast on a day trip.

Golfing

If you can enjoy a nice game you will not have to walk far. Highlands Reserve is a Golf Community set on a 18-hole course for you to enjoy. The course is fun for all level of players. Located on one of the highest levels in Florida the scenery in which you play is amazing.
