Great Stay

House was just as described. Perfect with the primary suite on the opposite side of the house from the extra rooms. Roomy, comfortable. Close to shopping if you forget something at home!

Christmas vacation 2024

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen ample for our chef. The heated pool rounded out the stay along with the ping pong table.

Spacious house, great location

This was a Disney trip for our family and with onsite being so expensive at Disney they out priced themselves as this house was great and well located. 30-40 mins to all parks, but traffic can always alter those plans. Wish I brought my clubs as the courses in the neighborhoods looked really nice.

Love the property location

This is the second time we have stayed in this house, and my wife never wants to stay anywhere else when we come down. It’s quiet and close to Disney parks. The pool is nice and the house is very clean. No back neighbors and you can often see birds in the open space behind the lot. Great trip!

Family trip

We planned this trip for awhile to visit the parks. The house was more than we needed but fit us just right. It was clean and spacious. Close to the parks and old town. Reasonable rates and the owner always got back to my questions very promptly.

Pleasant stay, property would benefit from a deep clean in places - air con noisy by 2 single bedrooms would disrupt sleep Air conditioning seemed to be on a timer therefore villa warm at times We reported that the tv was broken in a double room so unable to use

Summer slump

Property was clean and spacious, but the table tennis in the garage was very hot need a fan or at least be able to open the garage door. No personal flotation devices for the pool but the pool was very clean.

Villa stay: April 2025

The good:We had a fantastic 2 weeks in Florida at the villa. It is well located within Highlands Reserve and close to Berry Town Center. It is really well laid out and equipped with everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable and it was lovely having a private pool. We could easily fit 2 large cars on the driveway and it is a fantastic base for visiting places like Kennedy Space Center, Boggy Creek, Gatorland, Kissimmee and of course, the theme parks!The kids also made use of the table tennis table in the garage, but the paddles have seen better days!Check in was super easy with clear instructions on how to lock/unlock the door and arm the alarm (there is no physical key). The villa guide was extremely useful with handy information.The not-so-good (but not awful enough to spoil the holiday):There were a few things we encountered with some light switches and sockets not working or hanging off the wall. We left a message with the property management company, unfortunately no one got back in touch to fix. It wasn’t too much of an issue though, and we used the bedside lamps when in rooms, rather than the main ceiling lights, and used other sockets. At least the ceiling fans still worked and the air con is a godsend!The only thing I would say is that you can tell the villa is very popular and well used, and I think it could do with a bit of a refresh and replacement of some items, which would make it an amazing place to spend time in, inbetween trips out.

Gorgeous + spacious!

Plenty of room for us, our 4 adult kids and 2 of their spouses. Nice pool. Large fridge. Great range and all kitchen items in adundance - corkscrew, pots, wine glasses galore. 1 minor issue - strongly recommend replacing Master Suite king mattress + box spring. Actually ended up sleeping on sofa and love seat :( they're shot. All other rooms were fabulous!

The Best Yet

I've been visiting my brother who lives in Florida for about 7 years for the week of Thanksgiving. This is the best property I've stayed at so far. Everything is as pictured. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms big enough. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen and there is a pot and pan set, mixing bowls, utensils, knives, a coffee pot. And I absolutely loved the stove. It took me a minute to figure out I needed to press start to turn the oven on. lol. If it matters, two bedrooms don't have TVs. Communication with the owner and property manager were great. There was lots of shopping nearby, grocery stores, etc. We didn't visit any parks this year, but they were at least within a 30 minute drive. It was a beautiful and quiet area. I enjoyed every minute.

It doesn't get much better!

It was great! My adult children and their families spent a week with us in this house. The master bedroom suite is awesome and the master bathroom had the large bathtub, separate shower and toilet stall. The other bedrooms are on the other side of the house. All the beds were comfortable with linens and blankets that were nice. We found many thick white towels and pool towels in the various closets. The full size refrigerator with side freezer did a great job for us. We hit the Sam's Club between MCO and the house and shopped for the week. There was enough space for the food and drinks. The full size oven had cookie sheets that we covered with foil and used almost every day. The glass top stove worked well. There were various sizes of pots and pans to use. We brought paper plates but there were enough plates, bowls and silverware. The dishwasher did a great job! The in ground pool covered with a lanai was wonderful. It has a shallow end and a deeper end with a shelf in the deeper end. My young grandchildren loved the pool. It was tended one morning during our stay by pool maintenance so it was clean and sparkling. We so appreciated the child proof fence that we could close and the pool alarm on the two doors that went from the house to the pool. One of the bathrooms opened to the pool so we avoided wet trips through the house. The AC and the internet worked great, which are both very important for a vacation to Florida in June. :-) Thank you!!
