The house is spacious with comfortable furniture including beds. Numerous games, puzzles and books. My 2 year old loved playing with the toy trucks. There are 4 parking spots steps from the door. It is a short walk to the beach and The Tides Inn. Great for large family gatherings.The host, Ned, was extremely accommodating and easy to work with when we had travel changes.

This property provides room for larger families to stay and still have space to spread out and relax. The neighborhood is very nice for walks and the screened porch is comfortable as there are a lot of shade trees in the yard. The internet in the guest house was spotty. Perhaps an extender in that space could help with that.

Such a great location within walking distance to Goose Rocks Beach. This house has everything you need to a group/family vacation at the beach. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Everything you could need for the beach and plenty of parking. This was our second stay in the last 7 months. Definitely looking forward to coming back again.

Great location. House was spacious and comfortable for 10 people. The yard was huge and there was just about everything you needed. The only downside was just the age/cleanliness of the property. Kitchen utensils, pots, pans need a serious upgrade as they are all rusty and dirty. The furniture could use a refresh and the place need to be seriously dusted and scrubbed. Could be a great property with a little TLC.

We had a wonderful time staying at Goose Rocks! The beach was perfect. Communication with the host was easy and he was very responsive. Great spot for families! We can’t wait to stay again next year!

Winter Retreat

My family and I stayed during UNE family weekend this year. The location was spectacular! There was adequate space for our group and we could’ve fit more! We left hoping to book a summer vacation at the spot. Ned was the perfect host!

Excellent location, exactly as advertised. Very comfortable for my family’s long weekend, which included a dog, toddler and infant. Beds were super comfortable, water pressure awesome, everything was clean! Ned was accommodating and responsive.

Wonderful stay!

A large , spacious and very clean home within short walking distance to GRB. Everything is provided and Ned the owner is very responsive. The posted photos are very accurate and if you’re looking for coastal chic decor of whites and grays this may not be for you but my family loved it and we hope to return next year.

Thanksgiving in Maine

A wonderful stay at a spacious home! Super cozy, and a perfect getaway by the sea. We appreciated the extensive cookware in the kitchen, and were able to make a full thanksgiving meal. Thanks for sharing your home!

A good week stay

We all had a great week. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out (9 people in total). A short walk to the beach and a nice quiet, friendly neighborhood.

Christmas. In Kennebunkport.

My family of six had a wonderful stay. The house was roomy enough but still felt cozy. It’s about a two minute walk to Goose Rock Beach. I’m sure it’s different in the summer, but we had the beach and neighborhood all to ourselves. Our dog, Kineo, loved running around on the beach. I would book this home again!
