Fully restored to its former glory, one of the original family homes of the renowned Seawards is now available to anyone who loves Kennebunkport. Seaward Cottage is walking distance to Dock Square and everything Kennebunkport has to offer.
This charming and historic New England cape features a large kitchen with eating island, elegant quartz counter tops, a large dining space, and living room with a stone fireplace on the main floors. This is a family owned house since 1945 when the patriarch of the family, Raymond Seaward, returned home from WWII as a decorated war hero. The family recently renovated it with an American theme in honor of their grandfather.

This property is unique because it is located on 2 acres of property with plenty of parking and privacy for peace and quiet. However, it is also located in the perfect spot to walk into town and enjoy the restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is considered the golden district of Kennebunkport because of it's location.
