Spacious and nicely decorated. Really liked the 4 main floor bedrooms and upstairs kids room/bathroom and large family room area. Plenty of room for a 4 couple family with 4 kids. The kitchen island and eating area was huge!

Beautiful home. Well decorated and nice barbecue grill. It could use a second refrigerator and additional bowls and serving plates.

Fabulous home, great location

Adorable new home with open floor plan, in a great neighborhood. Plenty of bedroom and space for everyone. Second floor family room is perfect for children. We loved everything about this home, including the new house smell as soon as we walked in. You will not be disappointed!

Great House for Family vacation - some room for improvement

The house was great and had plenty of room for our family vacation. We did not love that we had to put the sheets on the beds and completely clean the property prior to leaving. Part of vacation is leaving the housework at home. Overall it is a great property to stay at in Bethany Beach area, but would love to see some changes in policy when checking in and checking out.
