The house was emaculate upon arrival. Communication with the owners was great. Supplies within home were above usual compared to other rental homes. We enjoyed feeding the friendly deer.Great place for family gathering!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to spend our wedding weekend! The property was absolutely beautiful, and the hosts thought of every little detail to make our stay special. Everything we needed was provided, and nothing was overlooked. From feeding the deer to enjoying the hiking trails and all the fun activities for the kids, there was something for everyone to enjoy. It was the perfect place to relax, make memories, and celebrate such a special time with our family and friends. The property was clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. We are so thankful we found this place and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway. We cannot wait to come back!

The big house on Nebo is the perfect location for our family to gather. Members of our fam have compared it to a 4 star hotel. Everything is there. The magnificent view, wild life, quiet, the facilities of a state park, and of course the wonderful accommodating hosts. Brett and Kimberly are the best!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and fully stocked. The views were amazing. We enjoyed swinging on the huge swing on the top balcony. The beds and linens were all very comfortable. We also loved feeding the many deer around the property. The hosts were responsive to our questions. I would definitely recommend. Hated to leave this relaxing haven.

If I could give this 100 stars I would! My husband and I travel a lot and this has been a top tear stay! The view... the view, I can't accurately express how breath taking this view is. We have spent 75% of our stay on the deck. The house is so clean, so well stocked, so clean! We will be back without a doubt.

Located on Mt. Nebo, Sunrise Haven offers picturesque views of the Arkansas River Valley. From its spacious decks to the backyard area, the views are nothing short of spectacular, whether it's sunrise, mid-day, or night. This home caters to a variety of interests including wildlife observation, biking, hiking, and relaxation. With everything needed for a rejuvenating stay, Sunrise Haven is an excellent choice. Communication with the owners , check-In and check-out was a breeze. We were married at the state park pavilion next door and the location to the venue couldn’t have been better. We highly recommend Sunrise Haven for your upcoming vacation in Arkansas and anticipate returning in the future.

Very impressed with your home. House was well maintained and clean. Location was wonderful and the views were spectacular. Loved all the hiking trails right there on the mountain. Accommodated our group of nine very well. We would definitely rent again.

This is by far one of most stunning views on Mt Nebo. The home offered everything we could possibly need and then some to ensure an amazing experience for our family. Though the deer didn’t cooperate with their appearance schedule as we had hoped, they did finally come and show us some love for all the corn we put out for them . All in all 10/10 seems too low of a rating for such a beautiful home and amazing host. Definitely can’t wait for the next time.

Our stay at this house was the very best. House was very spacious, clean and had every amenity we needed. The scenes from the balconies were so beautiful and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again.

This was an amazing stay in every sense of the word. The house was beautiful & so welcoming. The views were incredible in daytime & breathtaking at night. The deer were an extra bonus. Thank you Brett you were great and hope to be back soon

Best rental property we’ve ever had! Unbeatable views, extremely clean and cozy!

Great experience from booking to check in to our stay. The house has more amenities than any other rental property. Amazing views off the deck with the trail running right through the back yard! Will absolutely be back.
