Welcome to our townhome! It's situated near the famous Grimey's Records, renowned for its diverse selection of vinyl records, attracting music enthusiasts worldwide. As a guest, you will have the opportunity to visit the legendary record store and explore its extensive collection of new and used vinyl records, CDs, & more. The townhome is ideal for families and large groups of up to ten people seeking a comfortable and spacious place.
IMPORTANT DETAILS

- Before booking, please read and understand the cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation/travel insurance as we do not refund for cancellations outside of the policy listed.

- Parties and Events are not permitted at this property and may result in the removal of your group from the premises without a refund.

Located in a cute corner of East Nashville. This property is a short walk to coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and minutes from downtown and Broadway!

Needs a lot of TLC!

Our family stayed the week of Thanksgiving. The property is very nice! However, it needs a deep cleaning! We contacted one of the hosts when we checked in to let them know the condition of the property. They responded right away and offered to send a cleaner back the next day. We did decline because we were already in route to get cleaning and laundry supplies. We also ended up purchasing a broom and dustpan which we left at the property because the vacuums do not work. Needless to say, after cleaning one of the bedrooms we were so disgusted we did not use the room. I slept on the futon couch (which I also had to clean and line with a sheet) which was horrible on my back and my sister slept in the bed with our mom. Beware, the bedroom with the 2 queen beds is a converted garage and this is the entry into the house. There's stains on the walls throughout the house and the balcony pictures are very misleading. Be careful how you step when going out there too! I could say so much more, but please take heed to what I have mentioned. And as one reviewer mentioned, we have not been refunded the damage deposit fee either!

21st Nashville visit

I booked this property to take my oldest daughter and a couple of her friends to celebrate her 21st. Her younger siblings also joined us. It suited our needs. Not enough cooking pans/utensils. No hand soap in the bathrooms and I have yet to receive my $250 refundable deposit. So far, I’m only giving 1 star until we get that refund back.

Perfect location

The location of this house was perfect. Only 10min to downtown broadway and minutes to the grocery store, liquor store, and several restaurants. This condo was very clean and spacious. The property owner checked in periodically to make sure our stay was going well. The neighbors were super friendly. It was a safe place for my family and I to stay! Would highly recommend staying here.
