We also appreciate your suggestion for the community association to add a hose near the building's entry for washing off feet and sandy equipment more easily. In the breezeways there are often spigots but they're not always easy to locate. Thanks again and we hope to welcome you back in the future!

What a privilege to be a part of your first visit to Amelia Island! Thank you for staying with us and for sharing this feedback. Guests who stay with us have access to the full gated Omni resort, just not the private owners club or Omni's hotel pool (meant for their hotel guests.) As of a few years back, the resort no longer let's vacation rentals purchase bands for their renters to access the hotel pool or club, or else we definitely would. However, the good news is this Beachwood complex has its own THREE pools that our guests can access and the resort's restaurants, spa, nature center, bike rentals, shopping village, and Oak Marsh golf course are open to our guests all the same. Thanks again for staying with us and we hope you will return for another stay in the future!

While we appreciate your honest feedback, our Destination Amelia team was surprised to see this 3-star review. Our maintenance staff confirmed that when you were in residence they visited the unit as requested and all drains were flowing well, including the toilets. Our team wanted to amend any serious drainage issues but did not find any. In the future, please don't hesitate to let us know if you believe any issue is ongoing and we will try again to address it. We will pass along your recommendation for a shower hand bar to the property's owner. We hope that even with these concerns, you were able to enjoy your Amelia Island visit otherwise.
