Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, the apartment is sunny and boasts unobstructed views and high ceilings.
It is fully equipped and comprises:
- a bedroom with a double bed ;
- a shower room ;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- and a lounge area with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.

The apartment is particularly quiet, with air-conditioning and solid wood floors.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including: washing machine, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, TV, wifi, air conditioning, oven, fan, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The most beautiful buildings are there, the great brands and professionals argue for a location. Bordeaux and its agglomeration are entirely linked to the Quinconces place.
This district has two faces, one of a rich cultural heritage accompagne by a family and peaceful atmosphere, and one of an administrative, commercial and touristic core, as well as more lively areas where many bars or restaurants are concentrated. The pedestrian streets are very pleasant and the tramway makes it possible to move quickly within the city.
