Great place.

Great place in a nice neighborhood. It was only 2.5 miles from the heart of downtown. Cool restaurants and close grocery store nearby. Everything you need to enjoy your stay. Host was awesome with communication and everything was exactly as described. Would stay here again when visiting.

Nashville Bachelor Visit

The house was everything we could have wanted close to downtown Nashville. Has pretty easy access to the highway. The grill and backyard were a nice place to hang out and relax.

Great location, extremely clean place to stay

We absolutely loved the location of this house! It was about less than 15 minutes from all of Nashvilles tourism places! Super clean, quick response from the host, we’d recommend to anyone!!

Perfect Place!

This property was absolutely perfect! It contained all of the amenities we needed and was in an ideal location that was close to Downtown Nashville, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. We will definitely look to stay here on our next visit to Nashville.

Perfect for a guys’ trip

This property was perfect for getting together with my old buddies. Comfortable home and super convenient to the airport as well as downtown. Much better than sharing hotel rooms and didn’t cost much more.

Great Stay in Nashville

We stayed three nights at this cute house. The place was clean and well stocked, perfect for 4 adults. The location was convenient and easy to access. Van was communicative and helpful. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect for a Girls Trip!

The house was very clean and all of us had more than enough room. The bunk bed was surprisingly comfortable and I slept great on it. We never waited more than 8 minutes for a Lyft driver.

Amazing stay

Van was over the top!! His customer service was spectacular. Very friendly and so easy to work with. We enjoyed the house immensely and so glad we opted for a VRBO vs a hotel We had relaxing family time and Uber was very easy and affordable to take to downtown. We would most definitely stay at this property again Van thank you so much!

Great Stay in Nashville

Great property! Comfortable beds, linens and pillows. Back yard is so peaceful and relaxing. A perfect spot to begin the day or end the night. Owner was very responsive. The listing was very accurate. Super clean. Everything we needed. Easy Uber to downtown and all the other surrounding neighborhoods we needed to visit. We’ll definitely be back.

Great place! Would definitely stay here again

What a wonderful place! Very clean. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. This place had everything we needed for a group of 6. We cooked breakfast in every morning and dinner in one night. About a 10 minute Uber ride to Broadway. Back porch was wonderful to have our breakfast on and play cards. I would highly recommend staying here. 3 minutes to a couple grocery stores. We will definitely come again!

B Day Get Away

3 friends with 3 spouses made the trek from the big town of Canada (It’s a suburb of the States) Had an amazing weekend. Van was outstanding to deal with.

Nice clean home

We had a very nice stay. The location is centrally based which made it easy to get anywhere.The home was clean and inviting. Van was very helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed. The welcome folder really helped with giving us ideas for making our sray better.

Family trip!

Your listing was perfect! So comfortable- it was better than I expected! The back deck area was delightful to enjoy coffee in the mornings. We also enjoyed breakfast outside one morning- surprisingly warm at the end of December. Perfect location to get to 12 South (our favorite area), and anywhere downtown. Thank you so much for providing your home for a great Nashville experience!

Amazing Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on this property. We have 2 dogs that love to vacation with us. The large fenced in back yard was so enjoyable! We sat on the beautiful clean deck and enjoyed our coffee while the dogs played. The house was very clean and there was plenty of room for all of us to hang out, get ready and have meals. The house is a quick Uber ride to Broadway. We will stay here again!

The best of Nashville!!

Van was an amazing host!! So responsive from the time we booked to when we arrived and left!! The house was perfect for 6 people, very clean, and so cute! We loved sitting out on the back deck as well and the area seemed very safe!! We really enjoyed are stay and will be back!

Great property close to Broadway and Airport

This was a perfect house and location for my best friends bachelorette party! Easily slept all 8 of us and was a cute and safe space for the weekend! The owner was very quick to reply and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
