The rental property was charming and very clean. Includes a lot of amenities and was in a cute little townhouse community. Super close to Nashville downtown area. Nothing really in walking distance but everything was a short drive away. Hosts were super easy to communicate with and got answers immediately.

Great location that was close to all the places we wanted to visit in Nashville - Hillsboro, 12 South, Belmont, and even downtown/Broadway. The unit is nicely appointed and had just about everything we needed. It was nice to have dishwashing tabs, laundry supplies and a well-equipped kitchen. Check-in/out was easy and Rana was quick to reply to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was exactly what we needed. The host communicated so well before we arrived, and everything was just as advertised. If there were surprises, they were all good ones. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and you're close to all the attractions Nashville has to offer. Plus, there's plenty of storage space for packing and unpacking, which made our stay so much more comfortable. Highly recommend.

Very clean home Quiet locationGreat communication with hostNewly updated kitchen and bathroomsMany amenities like extra towels/blankets, TP and laundry detergent The only downside was uncomfortable living room furniture and quite noisy stairs. If you have light sleepers the stairs may disrupt sleepOverall a really nice stay for our family

Thank you so much for your kind words and for staying with us! We are thrilled to hear that you found the home clean, enjoyed the quiet location, and appreciated the amenities we strive to provide for our guests. Regarding the living room furniture, we appreciate your honest feedback. When furnishing the space, we aimed for a balance between contemporary style and high-quality materials that meet professional cleaning standards. However, we recognize that comfort is often a matter of personal preference, and we will certainly take your comments into consideration as we look for ways to improve the guest experience. As for the stairs, the natural character of the wood can sometimes lead to some noise, which is common in homes of this design. We truly value your feedback as it helps us grow, and we would be delighted to host you and your family again in the future!
