ROSE Holidays offers this charming renovated house, in a peaceful and secure holiday residence, Cayola district, close to the ocean in Les Sables d'Olonne.
House that can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located a stone's throw from the wild coast, you will be able to move easily by bicycle along the cycle path running alongside the coastline.
The accommodation consists of a functional and well-equipped living area with its sofa, dining table and chairs as well as a TV.
An open, functional and fully equipped kitchen: oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee machines (filters + Senseo).
This room opens directly onto a terrace with pergolas, where you can enjoy the sun, ideal for relaxing after a bike ride or having a barbecue with family or friends. Sunbeds, garden furniture and electric plancha are at your disposal.
On the night side, you will find a room with a 140 bed, bedside tables and a large wardrobe.
A spacious mezzanine completes this apartment, with two single 90 beds, bedside table and chest of drawers.
From a perfectly equipped bathroom with a washing machine, a shower, a hairdryer, a towel warmer, a toilet, and a vanity unit with storage.
Parking is private, a parking space is provided in the residence.
