ROSE Vacances offers you this apartment on the 6th floor in a residence with a lift, with an unobstructed view of the bay of Sables d'Olonne, located at the foot of the beach and shops in the pleasant Presidents' district.
Apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
This T2 apartment is ideally located as everything is accessible on foot, beaches, Tanchet lake, local shops: supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy.
You can enjoy a beautiful bright living room-dining area open to a balcony, offering a magnificent view of the Sables d'Olonne bay, equipped with a sofa bed convertible to 140, a coffee table and its 3 armchairs, as well as a dining table and 6 chairs.
A kitchen with a glass partition overlooking the living area, functional and fully equipped, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, microwave, filter coffee maker...
A corridor leads to a spacious bedroom with a double bed in 160 and plenty of storage. A bathroom equipped with a shower, a washbasin with storage unit, a towel dryer, a washing machine and independent WC and several storage cupboards in the corridor.
The south-west facing balcony is equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for having a drink after a day at the beach!
Parking is free and unrestricted in the street.
