Location, location, in the downtown Lincolnville area of St. Augustine, the cottage has been professionally decorated and remodeled, this 3 bedroom 2 bath home features all the roomy amenities for 8 guest. short bike ride or drive to all the action the town has to offer,
restaurants, shops, tours, weather your exploring or wanting to relax at the beach, this is the place for you. a must stay. offering a 20% discount for the first 3 guest that book our Gem. 2 bikes are an added bonus to use for our guests, beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella are also included to use for the beach. the outside BBQ is steps down the deck .

The location is great, house is very clean and you can use the garage what is a big plus for me! Next time I gonna bring my Harley Davidson!

Enjoyable stay great walking area

I walk to a nearby park just a block away. The Blue Hen was down the street for breakfast. The neighbors seem nice, it was nice quiet But a bike ride or walk to downtown. We did drive a little but just park on the outer park of downtown. House was very comfortable and our Dog enjoyed the neighborhood and back yarf

Terrible

I wish I could tell you about our stay but we didn’t stay. Arrived after a 6hr drive to find out the house had other guest already staying. We already paid in full. And of course no answer from host. Was not able to find anywhere else to stay because it was nights of lights during Christmas. Ruined Christmas vacation for family of 6.

Updated and Clean

The property was as advertised. It was clean, well-appointed and updated. Appliances were new and the kitchen was stocked with items needed. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and spacious. The location was perfect for our needs, close to downtown and close to the reception venue that we would be attending. The host was helpful and responded in a timely manner.

Great Stay!

Myself, my girlfriend, and some friends visited Saint Augustine for New Year’s Eve. The Blue Cottage was awesome. We had some issues with the keypad entry, but the owner immediately answered the phone and helped us enter the house with ease. Quick fix! The house was awesome with Updated kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, and furniture. It smelled clean and fresh upon arrival, and the house was spotless. Downtown is about a mile walk (20 mins or so). Our group walked to and from downtown the entire weekend. But Ubers can also transport you to and from! It’s also a feasible walk to the winery and distillery. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, and there was no noise pollution or traffic. We will absolutely stay here again upon returning to Saint Augustine. Very reliable, clean, and spacious stay.

Formerly having a house in downtown ourselves this was a nice place with quiet walk to city center. Would definitely recommend or stay again!

Perfect Wedding Weekend

The property was better than we had anticipated and the hosts were more than accommodating. We were here for my son’s wedding and it could not have been more perfect. House was super cute, very clean…just perfect. All amenities we could have needed were available.

Great stay

Location was great. Managers responded quickly when we had questions. The one fence in the backyard was missing some boards, so we couldn't let a medium sized dog out of the leash. A couple of the kitchen chairs felt like they would break if leaned back up on. Besides that, the house was perfect and it was nice being able to use a beach umbrella and beach chairs to go to the beaches.

Love the Beach, and exploring different places to visit, I fell in Love with St. Augustine and all it has to offer, I wanted to have guest come from all over to have a home to come to and enjoy all the beaches, shops, dining, and explore all that is available in one spot.
