Very comfortable living space with great amenities. Close to down town which is wonderful to be able to walk around the area. Loved our stay! Was able to contact the property owners easily!Only question would be where to leave trash when you vacate the property because I could not locate a trash bin.

Overall quite good. But...Con: Communication was odd. I had two questions total. Both were first answered with almost a cut and paste from the listing info or copy-paste text instructions (which is what I clearly wanted clarified). THEN, after I asked again I would, later, get an actual answer. AI responder? Junior staff who had to go get the actual answer? Unsure, but it caused confusion and delays at checkout for us regarding garbage can logistics.Pros: Very clean. Nice amenities. Solid location.

This property met our needs for the weekend. The host was easy to communicate with, the house was clean and had many of the extras like toothpaste and toiletries. My only complaint is that the pull out couch was not comfortable and we were happy to have brought a blow up mattress to comfortably sleep 6 guests.

This is a great little place to stay in Eau Claire. Its close to everything and very cute and cozy. We stayed in Davis and it was perfect. Wish weather would of been better to take advantage of the outdoor back yard. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great location, awesome property

We were in Eau Claire for the UWEC family weekend and this property was just what we needed. It was in a great location, easy to get to everything, and was a wonderful way to spend time with our student away from campus. We will be back!
