The Oxbow House: Dreamy Downtown Eau Claire Duplex
Enjoy a uniquely creative experience at this centrally-located duplex. Youâll get access to the entire lower unit, which includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. This small 900 square foot space is a sensory experience with vibrant colors and black velvety walls, floors and ceilings to give you a "floating" experience. Stocked with curious objects and books to explore and inspire. Located within walking distance of downtown Eau Claire & The Pablo Center, itâs perfect for a weekend with friends.
This unit is 900 square feet in a neighborhood just blocks from Phoenix Park. 2 bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen) with one bath. Couch is comfy enough to sleep on. Extra pillows and blankets can be provided if needed. The space is creative and fun, unlike any other house or hotel room you've stayed in before. We have color drenched each space in the house. The dining room, living room and bedrooms are all black. The kitchen is a beautiful olive green and the bathroom is terracotta rose. Fun for visiting, but also fun for photo shoots, diving into creative projects or hosting a game night with friends. There is a work space in the kitchen.
