Great house! Lots of space with four bedrooms, a living room, game room, kitchen, and porch with a grill. We were able to cook using the many cooking utensils. Keurig was also handy in the morning.

Summer Fun

Our entire family had lots of fun after days on the lake resting on the deck while the kids played basketball and shuffleboard. Plenty of towels and spacious kitchen to cook in. Would definitely recommend for a big group.

Cozy and accommodating

The place was clean and spacious enough for our family to be comfortable and even though the weather didn't cooperate for a lot of lake time the cottage was very welcoming. We all loved listening to the rain on the metal roof of the screened in front porch. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and quite possibly staying there again

Great weekend getaway

This was a wonderful experience for a small group of friends with children. We were close to some nice restaurants and boat rentals. There was lots of space and the outdoor area is perfect.

Beautiful Property!

So enjoyed our stay! The home is decorated beautifully and the screened-in porch is a plus! The lay-out is perfect with a large well equipped kitchen, media and game rooms as well as lovely bedrooms with comfy beds and towels. Definitely will stay here again!

The property was very clean and conveniently located to the attractions and places of interest we needed to visit. In addition, my party was thoroughly pleased as well. I would highly recommend this listing.

First of all this is not a Cottage on the lake. This is a doublewide trailer in a trailer park/campground setting. I didn't even know if I was at the right place because I was expecting something different upon arrival so since there was no house number on the property I wasn't sure. I went to use the code on the backdoor that they told me to use and it didn't work. Luckily he answered when I called and gave me a working code. The only thing good I can say is it was roomy. Because of the setting there were people riding golf carts with loud music all the way up to 1145 at night. The furnace cover was filthy as well as the front door and I wouldn't have cooked for my dog on that grill. On the first night I went to pull my covers back in the master bedroom and found a centipede under the covers. When we returned home we discovered that my husband had left his pistol in the master bedroom nightstand. I have messaged the owner 2 times and my husband has tried calling and he will not get back to us. I guess we will let the sheriff's office take care of that. I don't think we are the only unhappy family as the guest book has a lot of pages ripped out of it with only favorable comments in it. Pictures that I took are below. The 1st is the centipede in the bed 2 the furnace cover which the thermostat said needed to be change along with the refrigerator filter 3 is the grille top 4 is the front door that could easily be cleaned with a magic eraser sponge I paid 150 clea

We went to KY for my sisters wedding at Patti’s Settlement. The house was spacious and allowed for family to get ready for the wedding without feeling crammed. We had a family of deer greet us upon arrival. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean. We really enjoyed our short stay. Thank you!

Communication with the host was friendly and pleasant.

The host graciously offered us a extended stay that unfortunately, we were not able to take advantage of. If you are interested in a lake outing this would work very well. I would definitely stay away.

Great place. Very roomy. No ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms otherwise everything we needed for our stay. Loved the outdoor screened in patio!! Had difficulty with getting the code to work to get in but reached out to the owners and we got in with their help

Peaceful getaway

It was a beautiful home, all the amenities with quiet nights enjoyed on the screened in front porch such far enough away from the noise of town but close enough to shop, and close to the lake, we enjoyed every minute.

Meet Chase and Kristin, we are full of life and crazy, in a good way. We have 4 lovely kiddos and all six of us are always on the next adventure. We love the lake, hence the house, and make time to have a "lake break" any chance we get. We hope to share this home with you so you can see why we love the lake and this lake house too.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This house is simple and spacious. The thing about the lake that is priceless is the serenity and the ability to clear your mind and recharge your batteries. So relaxing, chilling out, or hiking, boating, swimming, or being still to take in the here and now..... all those reasons are why we bought this house. We chose this house because it's close enough to the action to walk, but far enough to be alone. Good food is next door, but so is fishing at the dock. It's the best of both worlds under one roof. Enjoy.
