Located on the 4th floor with elevator access, this apartment features a bright living area equipped with a television, a sofa bed, and a dining space, opening onto a large furnished terrace designed to fully enjoy beautiful moments outdoors. The terrace is a true little gem, a charming retreat for relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedroom has a double bed, and the bathroom includes a shower. The toilet is separate.
