- a fully equipped kitchen;
- two balconies, one with two sun loungers, the other with a table for lunch or dinner.

- a ski locker.
You will particularly appreciate its calm and luminosity as well as its beautiful view of the mountains.
The apartment is ideally located on a cul-de-sac, less than 10 minutes walk from the ski lifts of Bettex (small path from the car park).
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Filter Coffee Machine and Nespresso, Squeegee Maker, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Washing Machine, Vacuum Cleaner, Refrigerator, Wifi, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost.
One of the advantages of the apartment is its location:
- 15 minutes walk from the city centre.
- 19 minutes walk to a supermarket "Petit Casino" for your small daily purchases.
Places of interest close to the accommodation:
- The Mont Blanc Tramway 5 minutes by car;
- the Thermal Park 15 minutes by car and many more.
