Beautiful lake front house! Relax in an amazing, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, pool, grill, plenty of seating inside and out, relax while fishing off the deck or dock, plenty of patio and seating with a wrap around porch, swim in the pool or lake.

** There is a brand new separate apartment bldg available to rent separately if you need a little more space for an additional rate (2 bedroom, Full Kitchen, and 1 grand Bath, Washer and Dryer as well).

Relax by reading a book or fishing, Popular lakefront restaurant within walking distance (400 ft) with live music. Pet fee $

The property is fully furnished and your daily rate does include all utilities, housewares, lawn care, and everything you need to feel at home.

We work with all of the major Insurance companies as well as most of the Temporary Housing providers. If you’ve been displaced due to an insurance claim, we are very familiar with the process and would be happy to work with these agencies to get you into the home as quickly and easily as possible.

Our minimum stay is 3 days and there is no maximum stay. To avoid Hotel Occupancy Taxes, you must book for 30 days or more. Understanding that plans may change, we will work with you to help ensure you can extend your stay until you are ready to leave.

Saginaw lao new year 2025

Hi , first time in Texas to celebrate our Lao new year!!! Adam's lake house was the best place we could've got...the lao temple was only fews minutes away and after a long hours walking under the hot sun at the temple, nothing better than relaxing and cooling down by the pool...plenty of convenience store close by...what ever you need was only minutes away...everyone was amazed and happy about the lake house...we had a great time!!! Will definitely consider returning to this lake house if we coming back to the Saginaw lao new year!!! Adam was very helpful with all the neex we had ..house is pretty much stock with everything you need to make you feel like home...

Great time

Right by the Marina bar and grill!! Walking distance was awesome. Very clean!! Amazing views off All 4 decks!!!! Great communication!! Quick responses!!! Pool was great. But chilly. But it was only March. Road noise is a bit much but u get use to it and play music!! Nice upgrades being done all over property Little tip for future renters: don’t put your phone on the deck railing when you’ve been partaking in adult beverages, you just might have to retrieve it out of the lake in the middle of the night. Hahahaha overall great place!! Thanks to A. The property manager, you are amazing, and quick to respond!!!

Fishing weekend

A fun and cool property.

I really enjoyed the stay. The property has lots of personality and plenty to do. Bonus marina restaurant next door. I’ll have to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool and some fishing.

Great spot/ great communication

Stayed here at this great home for a quick stay in the area. Owner was great with communication. Wish we could have stayed longer! We don’t get to use the grill although we wanted to!

Great home and host!

Enjoyed fishing from the deck each day that we were there…caught some nice catfish. Beautiful home with a great pool. Host was attentive and answered immediately when we had any questions. Would certainly stay there again!

Excellent stay!

Nice property exactly as described. Main level living room is very nice and large. Nice wrap around deck with lake views and the little pool is great for kids! The house does sit right off a main road but didn't hinder our stay!

Great stay at the lake

House is great and as described. We enjoyed the pool and kids loved catching fish off the dock. Restaurant next door is fantastic, fun lake spot. We’ll be back!

Great house!

We had a wonderful stay at the lake house. The house was beautiful and we loved being able to fish off the dock. The balcony was perfect for relaxing and watching the turtles in the water. It was nice having a restaurant within walking distance and the food was excellent. Adam was a great host and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had all the details on the house. We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful Vrbo with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the lake, and it exceeded all my expectations. It was the perfect choice for our 60+ day stay while our house was being repaired. Despite being close to our family, the location felt secluded, offering a tranquil getaway. One of the highlights of this property was the pool. It provided endless hours of fun and relaxation for both our teens and ourselves. The convenience of having a pool on-site was a fantastic addition to our stay. Adam, the host, was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout our time there. He promptly addressed any concerns we had and checked in with us periodically to ensure everything was going smoothly. His attentiveness made us feel well taken care of and added to the overall positive experience. Another major advantage of this location was its proximity to everything. We enjoyed the convenience of being within walking distance to a restaurant on the lake, which allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the local area. Additionally, the property was situated in a way that made it easy to reach other attractions and amenities, ensuring we were not too far from anything we needed. Perfect week on the lake!

We spent a great week on the lake! The house was just as described. Everything we needed was easily found and the owner has thought of everything. The pool (and the shade added) was perfect. The dock was perfect for both of our jet skis. The lake was amazing! Harbor One marina does have the LONGEST no wake zone ever, but we loved everything else about it! (Lol) The turtles that hung out in the water below the balcony and the daily duck and squirrel visits were a lot of fun. There was also a HUGE beaver that would swim by at dusk and deer along the banks when we went on our early morning jet ski rides. All in all, it was a very relaxing trip! I already miss sitting on the porch listening to music at night via the bluetooth equipped sound system! Thank you!

Great Family Weekend

We were looking for place to go for Memorial Day weekend that was on the water, had a pool and accommodate our new boxer! I happened to find this while I was looking at lakes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. When we arrived, we had a slight issue with the lock, but the host was able to help us quickly. The house was clean and very much in the shape as shown in the photos. The restaurant being across from the house, and we found a great little Mexican restaurant less than a mile from the house. My daughter loved the pool and being able to fish and caught her first fish! The weather was great, the pool was the perfect size, and we were able to blue tooth our phones to the stereo which played music inside and outside! Even though we were less than an hour from home, it felt like we were further away. We had a great weekend and will definitely rent the place again!

Great Property !!

House and amenities were fantastic and as advertised. The bar and restaurant within walking distance was nice. House and bedrooms were very clean and the fully furnished kitchen made cooking meals easy. I cannot think of anything we needed that was not available in this house. I highly recommend this property.

Was surprised the property was directly on such a busy road ... traffic noise, took away from the "getaway feel"...but made it easy to run to the store. Double bunk and master beds were great. Single bunk room beds were not. Was easy to relax and fish. Wish the pool wasn't tarped over. All basics covered and we appreciate that.

Perfect for our Staycay!

Our family of 6 (& the 2 pups!) had so much fun here! The beds were super cozy and the bunk beds in both rooms upstairs accommodated all the kids comfortably. We fished off the dock and were even able to dock our jet skis and boat with ease. There were games available for the kids, surround sound speakers inside and out, and plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, and being able to walk to the restaurant next door was perfect. Relaxing in the pool at the end of the day was an added bonus! Adam was really great to work with and answered all 625,527 (haha!) of my questions quickly and kindly. If you’re looking for a comfy & relaxing getaway on the lake, I definitely recommend staying here!
