Beautiful spacious 3 Bed 3 bath 1500 sq ft townhome at the base of Canyons Village within walking distance to the Canyons Cabriolet. Recently updated and brand new furnishings give you the feel of a luxurious hotel with the comfort and space of being in a home. Minutes from the new Pendry Hotel, new restaurants and shops. The main level features a gourmet kitchen, dining area and a cozy family room with a fireplace and a full bathroom. Third level features master bedroom with King bed, fireplace and en suite bathroom, bedroom with queen bed, bedroom with queen bed and full bed and a bathroom. Please note this is a 3 level townhome with 2 flights of stairs. All living is on second and third level. 15 minute walk to the top of Canyons Village, or take the cabriolet or free canyons shuttle.

Great place to stay in Park City

We had a great family ski trip staying at Marissa's property. The unit was clean, organized, fully furnished as advertised. Location is 7 mins walk from the Cabriolet lift in the Canyons area. Marissa was very responsive to all messages.Will return definitely return for our next ski trip. Thanks

Fantastic ski condo

We had a wonderful visit to the Canyons ski area in Park City. This property was well-appointed, clean, convenient and the property manager was extremely responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Very comfortable home

Everything was nice, neat and clean. The townhome is about a 5 minute walk to the cabriolet lift which takes you up to the base of Canyons. It snowed about 7” our last night and by 5:00am the staff started clearing off the snow from the driveway and streets inside the little community. I was very pleased as I thought I would need to do it before leaving for the airport. Overall, I was pleased with this townhome and the communication with the owner was great! I definitely recommend this place. JJ

PERFECT townhome, PERFECT location, PERFECT trip!

Months before our vacation, the communication with Marissa was so helpful in planning dinners, activities, etc. And her attentiveness continues throughout your stay...just a message away if you need anything! The townhome itself is furnished with high end bedding, towels, soaps, lotions and a fully stocked kitchen....you truly felt like you are at home with the best of everything. The heated garage is perfect for storing your gear and getting ready to go each morning. The lift is a short walk away but the Canyon Village Connect app is even better and they pick you up at your door, store your gear on the back and take you anywhere you want to go in the Village! Ubers are easily accessible to get to Main Street. We saw other townhomes while we were there and this one is top notch...enjoy!!!

Ski trip

Unfortunately the unit was filthy. I got the access codes to enter the day of arrival of course thinking that it was ready as one would expect. Hotels and villas can not give access without a tenant leaving or it being cleaned. Further more after going through the unit with the property manager taking pictures I contacted the owner and explained that my daughter who has cancer can not be in a unit that has rotten seafood in the garbage disposal and dirt/hair and food through out the place. The worst part was she was ok with me moving to another place that cost 10x more than hers but would not refund my stay at her unit. I would never trust someone to clean when it was supposed to be clean in the first place. My daughter is too important

Great Place Great Location

Location was great. Condo was in great condition and exactly as advertised. We cook and the kitchen was well stocked. Had a small issue and Marissa had someone over there to fix it ASAP. My family and I would definitely stay there again.

Great new condo

Very nice place, well decorated and nice furnishes and amenities. The heated pool and hot tub are nice after a day on the slopes. Small gym is adequate for a quick workout as well. Host was great and would stay here again. It’s not quite ski in ski out as it a little bit of a walk across the parking lot to get to the cabriolet but it is very walkable. We would stay here again.

Park city/canyons house Great.

Great home and host and amazingly convenient for getting on the Canyons slopes. Homeowner is terrific and the home is very new and nice. Hot tub and heated pool in the complex was great for adults and kids!
