Det stilfullt inredda radhuset CASA ALEGRE ligger i en liten, lugn sidogata, bara cirka 2 minuter frÄn torget, mycket centralt, mitt i Soller. CASA ALEGRE möblerades med stor uppmÀrksamhet pÄ detaljer. Du kommer in i det vÀlskötta, eleganta, ljusa radhuset genom Entrada, dÀr det finns en öppen spis och bekvÀma sittplatser. En liten trappa leder till köket med öppen spis och matplats för 6 personer. 2 stora sovrum med badrum finns pÄ 1: a Golv. Via vinden med sitt stora vardagsrum med en annan öppen spis kan du nÄ den vackert planterade takterrassen med solstolar, matplats och utsikt över Tramuntana-bergen. I kÀllaren finns ett grovkök med tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare och ytterligare ett badrum med dusch. PÄ vÄningsplanets nivÄ leder en dörr till en planterad, liten uteplats med fontÀn och andra sittplatser. Vi ser fram emot att vÀlkomna dig som vÄra gÀster.

Beautiful house & great location

Lovely old town house, well equipped and really close to shops, restaurants and great walks. Also not far from the beach. This was our second stay. In particular we like the roof terrace with mountain views.

Soller Town House

The house was beautiful and well equipped. Very spacious with an excellent roof terrace that had sun all day. Its position in the centre of Soller was perfect with easy access to local shops and restaurants. Didn't need a car and used the local bus service

Wonderfull townhouse

Very god and central location of the house. Easy to get around. Bedrooms a little hot thougt, with no aircondition. Landlord easy to comunicate with. We had a lovely time. Best recomendations

Gem in the center of Soller

We spent a wonderful week in Soller. The flat was easy to check into, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking the streets of Soller and hanging out in the center like a local (which my children did until late into the night). Be mindful that there is no air con and during a heat wave it gets quite hot. There are fans, however, if you’re not able to stand very hot heat it may be troublesome. Other than that I’d recommend 100%.

Beautiful House

Sóller is a beautiful little town. We had some days at the beach at the port and there are some lovely walks in the surrounding hills. This house is very well located, so close to the main square in Sóller where there are plenty of good restaurants. The house itself is a lovely place to be. There’s an airy sitting space on the top floor, a roof terrace with fantastic views of the mountains, and on the ground floor another sitting area which is cooler on really hot days. Two really nice bedrooms. All with lots of character. The kitchen, and the house generally are well equipped - we had all we needed for our stay. There’s a really good supermarket just round the corner. We would highly recommend it.

Un séjour trÚs agréable

Maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût et parfaitement équipée pour rendre le séjour confortable. Emplacement idéal dans une petite rue de Soller (un peu compliqué pour se garer). Merci à Nele pour toutes ces attentions.

Sehr schönes Stadthaus in zentraler Lage

Sehr schönes Haus, gute Ausstattung und sehr gute Kommunikation. Auch ohne Klimaanlage ist der Aufenthalt im Sommer angenehm (dank Ventilatoren und Himmelbetten mit Moskitonetzen).

Schönes Haus

Das Haus ist groß, verfĂŒgt ĂŒber zwei große Schlafzimmer und einem großen Arbeitsbereich mit einer Dachterasse. Die KĂŒche ist sauber und ordentlich. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Das Haus hat zwei kleine KĂŒhlschrĂ€nke. Eins davon befindet sich in der KĂŒche, der andere im Vorratsraum vor der WaschkĂŒche. Über den Betten im Schlafzimmer hĂ€ngen Moskitonetze. Das Haus ist zentral gelegen. Leider gibt es keine SpĂŒlmaschine. Da wir im Juli/August da waren war es spĂŒrbar, dass im Haus keine Klimaanlage da war. Es gibt aber Ventilatoren im Haus. Im Arbeitszimmer sind BĂŒcher zum lesen vorhanden und wenn man mal zum Strand möchte sind einige Accessoires wie ein Sonnenschirm vorhanden.

Une maison idéalement située, au centre mais au calme de Soller. un des plus beaux spots de Majorque. Une maison parfaitement décorée, dans le respect des codes Majorquins mais avec une certaine modernité. Super confort. Des interlocuteurs à votre écoute, réactifs et avec beaucoup de gentillesse.

Amazing house, great location and perfect roof terrace

Communication with the host was excellent, the house was possibly the cleanest house we have stayed in, full of character throughout and feels very homely and comfortable. The master bed was very comfortable and has great mosquito nets on the beds. Loads of seating and cushions provided for the roof terrace which gives amazing views and perfect for stargazing. Located less than 100 yards from main square yet no sound at all carries to the house. It’s a 10 minute drive to the Port of Soller which has great beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Can Ribes does the best Paella and is located on the hill to the right hand side of the port. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend this property enough.

Lovely traditional townhouse

Lovely old traditional townhouse, right in the heart of Soller. Just a few moments from the buzzing square and Bartolemeau church, however, a quiet little street, so no noise disturbance. Very well equipped and clearly loved and used by the owners. Only complaint, the weather was extremely humid and no air con, plenty of fans, but due to the very hot weather, they were not sufficient to keep us cool. We would highly recommend this property to anyone

Lovely home and perfect location!

The house was very clean and extremely charming. It was our first time in Soller and the location couldn't have been more perfect. Nele was very quick and polite to communicate with.
