This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. A recent and bright single-storey villa with a garden for up to 8 people, located in a quiet environment in the heart of Portes-en-RĂ©, close to shops and cycle paths.
The villa has a large covered terrace, a real asset in case of rain and high heat.
The landscaped, shaded and wooded garden offers a privileged atmosphere of calm and relaxation.
Close to the cycle paths, the house is a few minutes\' walk or bike ride from the most popular beaches of Portes-en-RĂ© on the Ăle de RĂ©.
The house is comfortable and has a large living room/lounge with an open and fully equipped kitchen.
Possibility of parking for 1 vehicle in a private and secure parking space.
Additional parking is available in the many nearby car parks.
