This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Magnificent recent and bright single-storey villa with a garden for up to 8 people, located in a calm environment in the heart of Portes-en-RĂ©, in immediate proximity to shops and cycle paths.
The villa has a large covered terrace, a real asset in case of rain and high temperatures.
The landscaped garden, shaded and wooded, offers a privileged atmosphere of calm and relaxation.
Close to the cycle paths, the house is just a few minutes' walk or bike ride from the most sought-after beaches of Portes-en-RĂ© on the Ăle de RĂ©.
The house is comfortable and features a spacious living room/lounge with a fully equipped open kitchen.
Possibility of parking for 1 vehicle in a private and secure parking space.
Possibility of additional parking on the multiple car parks in the immediate vicinity.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
Spacious bright living room with lounge area, dining space and open-plan kitchen.
3 toilets in total.
Master Bedroom 1 consisting of a double bed 160x200 and a bathroom with WC.
